I have an older cell phone and had an issue that I could not solve. I visited Bayshore and was served by a terrific sales professional who identified the problem, upgraded my plan and saved me $ on my bill. How often does that happen? Wow service and solved my issue, my phone is now working perfectly again. Thanks!

I ordered a new phone and had to return the old one.they didn't send me a box or return label so i followed the instructions that said i could return in store and the employees refused to even look at my account and told me to call and get a packing slip.so i called and they told me i had to go back to the store.when i went back to the store they still couldn't process the return and the worker sat there and talked to her friend without even acknowledging me standing there and waiting and then sent me home again and told me to come back a third time in the morning because nobody knows how to do their job.another person on the account called and got the packing slip in 2 minutes.horrible customer service and the staff is not properly trained.one star is too many.

Outstanding service at the Bayshore location. I went into the store to buy a new phone on my account for my son. Ilia, the sales rep, was cheerful, knowledgeable, efficient and patient as he explained the various options to us. He restructured my account with the purchase to make it cost effective. I fully appreciate the terrific service we received at this Rogers store. Thank you!
