The representative Vignesh at Cedarbrae mall was very helpful. He first ensured that he understood my requirements. He then suggested some plans to me, answered all my questions and helped me set up my new connection. It was done quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the services.

We went to the Cedabrae Rogers at Scarborough and met Omar who helped both my husband and I. He was very patient, polite and calm. He was also very knowledgeable and gave us all the information. Thank you Omar for your excellent service.

Yesterday, August 23rd, 2023, I visited this Rogers location with a question in mind and ended up upgrading my phones instead. I was lucky when representative Omar Nafis attended to me and my many questions. He is very professional, given spot-on advice, and has all the patience in the world. The best customer experience I received from Rogers in very long time. The Scarborough town center location representatives do not have patience and comes across extremely rude and unprofessional, hence the reason i choose this location for my business. Thank you Omar, Rogers need more employees like you across all their business and they are lucky to have you onboard. Thanks a lot, this is 10 stars rating.

Have to wait for too long, it’s been almost 40 minutes in the store and for any kind of services here, this is miserable amounts of waiting time
Update: it’s been almost an hour and problem is still not resolved, took a day off from work and spent out of 24 hour in here, just avoid this place

I went to the Scarborough location at Cedarbrae Mall Rogers store. I’ve been dealing with an issue for six months first I was on the line with many reps and managers and supervisors, and they did not help whatsoever and I went to the Aurora store and they were unprofessional, very rude and obnoxious and they should be all fired when I went to the Scarborough location Harim Saadiq sales representative was the most Professional gentleman I’ve ever encountered in Rogers and I highly recommend you get a manager position and I will continue to emphasize on this matter. He took care of the matter in 10 minutes that took others six months and he still couldn’t do it. Very poor job the other Rogers employees. Hareem Siddiqui Deserves a raise and a promotion. He handled it in the most professional way. I am almost 50 years old he’s 30 years young and he performed very maturely and professionally he was the only one that made the situation fixed and happen. Thank you.

We went to the rogers store at Cedarbrae mall and the employees were really professional and cooperative. Nisha and Gopal helped us alot by giving us the best plans according to our needs.

Amazing store staff members and very welcoming. Gopal tried his level best to provide me best service… I highly recommend this store and will visit again and refer my family and friends.

OMAR! He just saved me a bundle of headaches and costs! Tech Wizard! I explained my problem to him, we sorted through the details on my phone and he suggested that we try something and lo and behold it was the culprit fixed! He was most easy to speak with and listened which is rare these days in retail, didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and he took the time to help me figure out this trainwreck of a problem for me. Nicest guy, I love his brain! Thank You So Much Omar!

2nd time visiting this location to renew my contract and really like their service. Mohd helped me this time and the customer service was great.

Lies about you not being able to pay for your phone and switch providers. Claim you must wait 6 months, spoke to someone on phone who verified this was a lie and set me up to pay it next month. Illegally makes claims about a competitor being not reliable, that's an opinion that a business cannot be making. Claims other providers can have outages, true however they won't take down 911 services, credit card and debit card transactions with them. Karma is watching.

Excellent service and care. Nisha dealt with my elderly mother who required a new cell phone. Nisha was kind, patient and caring and went the extra mile for us. Outstanding!
