Eric was a great help with getting my new phone connected (eSIM issues). Left with a fixed phone and a better understanding of what my issues were.

Helpful staff and efficient issue resolution. I went there for an eSIM and they activated eSIM on my new iPhone in less than a minute. Highly recommended.

Justine was super helpful. Patient, determined and successful in helping me with changes and upgrades to multiple phone lines.

Such a bad service, would never be with or recommend rogers for the way this manager eric treats his customer thinking he can do or say whatever he wants. Worst customer service

I recently needed to purchase a new phone and decided to switch carriers in the process.

I walked into Roger's a little skeptical but Justine and Eric were phenomenal with helping me to make my choice. They were knowledgeable of what plans and services they offered and helped me feel confident that switching providers was the right call. I highly recommend this Roger's both for ther impeccable service but also for the welcoming atmosphere that they provide!

Aqsa was great! She had two of us on one account wanting an Android and an IPhone with one of us heading off on an int'l job for a year. She gave us the best advice on how to handle the changing of plans for the year. Not only did we each leave happy but we both got the new phones we wanted and she even uploaded all the info from a broken S10+ to a S23 pro in no time. She had the magic touch. I was having an issue with a new phone and SIM card. After spending quite a while on live chat, I was told they couldn’t help me and I should go to a store for help. Eric was super friendly and was able to solve my problem in about 30 seconds!

I dont know why but every time my partner and I have trouble with our phones we can count on this Rogers associated store to help us. Five years ago + we dealt with Harv who was knowledgible and so pleasant. And 5 years later they have done it again! We dealt with Ben who immediately knew why our new I Phone 14 Pro’s with new Rogers SIM’s were not working - the SIMS had not been activated at source. He explained that this had to be done at a Rogers corporate store for free but if we wanted the problem resolved he could sell us 2 new activated SIMs for $10 each plus HST. He was so pleasant to deal with and could immediately install the new SIMs that we thought it was worth it and proceeded. Less than 10 minutes later we had paid and had phones that worked and smiles on our faces! This quality of service is worth paying for.
