I had an amazing experience at this Roger’s location. Not only were they able to give me a good deal, but their manager stayed 1 hour overtime to help me and my partner complete the transaction. Sean is a great manager and definitely knows all the deals like the back of his hand. I have no doubt that Sean would go out of his way to help a costumer out.

Today around 8: 00 pm the guy sitting there was just chilling and not willing to help with any sort of question we had. I just wanted to pay off my phone but he said "just call customer care and they will help" and they cannot do anything here. They think all people are stupid like them. Anyways i had 6 lines with Rogers decided to discontinue with this company the second I walked out from the store now cancelled. I ported all mine to freedom and their customer service was phenomenal. Goof luck to this specific store

The rudest, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Honestly must be a prerequisite to work for Rogers, asked to speak to a manager because to associate was being so rude and she hung up on me.

I had great experience at Rogers, Jess was amazing, helped me and my husband with upgrading phone, explained everything.
Definitely recommend Jess at Rogers

Worst customer service!
Keep treating customers like garbage.
No empathy at all when treating customers.
No proper solutions given at all.

We asked about a plan, customer representative had no idea what I am talking about, he read wrong from internet, he have no idea what is selling, but he said is sure about it.

Wrong deals provided with misinterpretation of services where customers end up paying more after the bill is generated.

Pushy Rogers salesman came to my door today. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Explained how Rogers still owes us money from the last service we canceled. Never again.
