Savanna was amazing and provided us was a super deal on our new phones and plan. Also she patiently responded to my many questions (some of the dumb variety) & dad jokes. I think Savanna should be promoted to CEO of Rogers. Great service!

A must go if you want to sign up or get a phone with Rogers! Karolynn & Laurin were amazing! They were both so friendly and welcoming when setting up my account with Rogers! I will definitely be back if i Need a phone Upgrade or a Plan upgrade:) 10/10

Karolynn was so helpful! I was in a panic because my phone stopped working and she got everything sorted out for me. I got a new phone and she even got my old phone working so that I could easily transfer my info. I hate having to go into the store but the ladies there made the experience as painless as possible.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of many questions and believe me I had many. I will definitely be back to the tburg store when it is time for me to switch carriers.
