I had a special circumstance activating a line due to a credit fraud warning on my credit file. I had to spend a tremendous amount of time going between retention and credit, and another department to get my activation going. In the end, the store staff Denin and Collin were incredibly helpful as this process took a couple of days and hours to complete. In the end Denin got the activation and special offer completed for me. Thank you gentlemen.

I have been there twice in last two weeks. There is security guard and door is locked and I have to give detailed explanation to enter the store like immigration officer. Once I was let in, no greeting, didn’t feel welcomed. Poor customer service and body language. Not willing to provide any assistance

Tip for owner: I am sure you have reasons for increased security. But poor customer service is unacceptable. You may want to train your staff. If they are not motivated, hire customer centric staff with strong work ethics.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, the lady called her self store manager (unqualified Manager) her name was Chami bad attitude poor experience she couldn’t login to my account, no apology in a very loud voice talking to me, can’t login to your account it’s not my fault I can’t do nothing! I don’t know how she got her job but someone should look into this, the store was empty i wonder why? I will not recommend it to anyone.

Had good customer experience especially when one is leaving the Roger's Services. Found Gurleen as a friendly and understanding customer services representative. Keep it up.

I had the pleasure of working with Ayub in a sales capacity and I must say, he is an absolute asset to any team. His exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with me and my fiancé were astonishing. I can now see how Ayub probably is top performer in your organization. I actually received great service at this store setting up my phone. However, the sales associate told me that I would get premium protection for free (15.99/month) and my first bill came with the charge. Additionally, they did not waive the transfer fee as I was going from account to RPP (50.00). I called Rogers today (customer support) and asked if both charges were going to be credited on the next bill, and they yes to the 50.00 transfer fee and said there is no such thing as the protection deal. Rogers customer support removed it and credited me back, but I am glad I did not wait for the second billing period. So beware of these types of sales tactics! I just think it's a bit shoddy, especially when the service was great overall.
