I called for 2 new phone said they have it. Drove 40 minutes, got to the store while I had a smoke told my 10year old daughter to enter the store while I stood outside in the rain. They were extremely rude acted like my kid was going to Rob the store, due to our skin color. She then went to open the door for me. Male employee rushed and closed the door in my face, then proceed to tell me they don't have the phone I drove 40 mins each way for. Racism is alive and still happening. Orrillia Ontario. Be aware; anyone who's not white don't waste your time they will treat you like a criminal! Do better on your hiring Roger's. Racist white men make you look bad.

Wasn’t let in upon arrival so scanned the QR to set up a walk in appointment (locked door) ; waited 45 minutes without a response so called into the store while waiting in the parking lot for the appt. Told me I could just walk in and explained the issue (Apple Watch SE wasn’t pairing properly to Rogers phone). Was told they aren’t able to pair Apple Watches to Rogers phones unless the watch was bought through them- noted that the watches aren’t tied to Rogers and are stock from the box and they said it was a technical issue and that I would have to call in to technical support to get the issue fixed (have called in 3 times over the past week with no success). Requested that the cellular Apple Watch service simply be removed from my plan as I’m paying for something I’m not using, but was told they couldn’t do this for me in store either. For a shop with several employees and not much foot traffic, a waste of time and a frustrating experience all around. Would definitely recommend going to a different Rogers shop if you’re able to

Forced to wait outside for 25 minutes as only one person at a time was allowed into the store. One employee, and lots of angry customers waiting outside.

Wouldnt mind giving negetive rating to this store. They think they are more prone to robbery than a bank or any other store.everyone who wants to enter the store is considered as robber unless proved otherwise.staff is the rudest human one can possibly find on earth. Dont have roduct knowledge dont have process knowledege.do not want to explain anything at all.they are trained thugs to lock you in a contract that you sanely wouldnt accept.

But seriously, it’s nuts that you have to raise your face to the camera to enter the store. Feels less like a Rogers store and more like a pawn shop. Bad experience.

Was in the store today and was assisted by Dianne. Our original store was not this location and what was to be a simple transfer of telephone number resulted in several calls to Rogers. Each telephone call with a different outcome and to be told the previous agent was wrong. The last call was advising I must go into a store. Here we are today and Dianne was top notch! Assisted me, advising that from the get go the other location made the error out of the gate. Dianne restored my faith in this service provider.

I ordered a new iPhone 14 on the phone on Rogers general phone number and was told closest purple was in Orillia 40 min drive. I showed up at store and was just handed the phone. I thought that I would hand mine back and they would transfer everything over but that is not the policy so I was frustrated that I just drove that far and that wasn’t the service provided if I had known that I would have just got it sent to my house. The manager Diana was very thoughtful and felt my frustration and did it for me anyway at no extra charge which she didn’t have too. She went the extra mile and made a bad interaction into a great one. Thanks again

Dealt with Diane for many many many years! Always great service! We dealt with Chad on our last visit (Diane was off) Chad was great to deal with! Very knowledgeable, helpful and got the job done! Thanks again Chad!

Went to the store to see about purchasing a new phone and they won’t even let you in to the building. Just a joke. I don’t know how they expect to keep costumers or gain new ones when you are unable to even enter the building

We had 2 technicians come in 2 days after a line (first set up by 2 men, then, it faltered the very next day), line fell on our vehicle. But thankfully, we had 2 AWESOME technicians come today and fixed everything for us. JASON POIRIER supervisor 1683 and MICHEAL BURLOCK SUPERVISOR 6225.
THEY WERE Friendly, approachable, and informative, and MOST of all Knowledgeable and took their time and did the job right ️
