I just left the store after waiting for over 45 minutes. There were two people attending, but they opened the door without greeting and didn't take a moment to ask what I needed or provide a quick response regarding their availability. Since my arrival, they were assisting the same person. The service and wait times were utterly unacceptable. I left without being attended to—a shameful experience. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you're in a hurry.

I had a problem with my data not working outside of wifi areas. I was on call with Rogers call center for hours literally * waiting for 30 mins, on call for 30 - 40 mins* troubleshooting the issue with no resolution.
After a few days, i visited this store at The Boardwalk. THe manager in training Mr. Devon (Devontri) was there and immediately checked for VPN restrictions and figured out the problem. The data wont work with a remote VPN installed it seems.
He fixed the settings and my data is working again.

Also to get any other service it is better to go on a working day during day time as weekend/evenings get busy and with only one person manning the store the waits can be frustrating.

Awesome service.

Cassandra, the store manager is extremely helpful and very professional. I was very impressed by her honesty. I would strongly recommend to anyone that is with Roger's to visit this store and have Cassandra help you out! Thank you again Cassandra!

Amazing customer service experience! I dealt with the Manager Phoebe who helped take care of all my needs while staying within the strict guidelines enacted by the government. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I recently visited this location in order to remove one mobile device from an existing account, and open a new account under the same device. After a 75 minute wait, I was met by the "Manager" Nathan Chalmers who was the most arrogant, sarcastic, disingenuous, and uneducated person I have ever encountered in a retail setting. Mr. Chalmers stated that he could not process my request based on a lengthy list of nation wide policies held by Rogers. Mr. Chalmers then proceeded to continuously speak through any alternative suggestions I offered in an incredibly condescending manner. I realized a short while later that every single one of Rogers nation wide policies were in all actuality only policies manufactured and upheld by Mr. Chalmers himself. Within a 15 minute telephone discussion with a Rogers representative I completed the exact transaction that was deemed impossible by Mr. Chalmers, along with three other general inquiries I had. The most frightening part of this entire experience was that Mr. Chalmers was training another employee that day to become a Manager of a separate location. Rogers is going to have a rather swift decline if these mannerisms and ideologies are deemed acceptable, and utilized in the training of future staff members.

Stay Away! Store didn't have proper hand sanitizer at the front door. The Customer Service Representative was not wearing a Mask. Was quite rude when he unlocked the door and said, "What do you guys need! ", could not access our account information and would not call Rogers in order for us to give his store OUR money. An absolutely atrocious experience.there's no way THAT store will be in business for long with customer service like that.

There's two gentlemen working here tonight; both gave phenomenal service. I came in to pay a bill and check on the status of a telephone line that had been (unauthorized) ported to another company. Not only did he check the status but he called the support and within an hour I had my old number back. That had happened in the middle of January I have been waiting quite a while after speaking to five different people from Rogers; tonight he was able to get it done quickly with zero hassle. While this was happening, my daughter was causing a bit of a ruckus. The other gentleman helped me put a movie on their big screen to keep her occupied. Total professionals all around.

Went in to switch my phone over to Roger's so that I could share plans with my husband. The rep, Samantha, was amazing. She spent two hours with us and when we left I had a better phone, better plan, smaller monthly bill and she had helped me move all of my stuff from my old iPhone to my new Android. She went above and beyond.

Samantha, the store manager, at the Boardwalk location was the one who helped us and was such a delight to work with. My boyfriend and I just had an incredibly bad experience with Bell moments before calling and she picked up the phone and was knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.

She went above and beyond to make sure that we could get things set up with very short notice, got us everything (and more) we were looking for and wasn’t hesitant to answer any and all questions we had in regards to switching over our services.

If you ever need any assistance, don’t hesitate to speak with Sam. She will go out of her way to make sure you leave knowing you got the best option and with a smile!

Thank you so much for all of your help, Sam! You have no idea how much we appreciated all of your assistance.

Samantha, the manager, went above and beyond to help us with closing the account of our loved one who passed away. She was kind, compassionate and took the time to help explain some of the charges on the account. I personally am not a Rogers customer, but I sure could be because of her and the professional service she gave. She’s a definite asset!

I've been in the Rogers location on Ira Needles a couple of times in the past week-ish, and I am impressed with the customer service I received, even though there was a clear understanding I may not switch providers. I didn't feel rushed, nor any impatience from the rep I was speaking to. She spent quite a bit of time with me, both times. She even had the same name as my daughter.how does it get better than that! Great store with great employees! They were a bit busy when I got there but I was helped right after they were done. They were very knowledgable about all thr products they offered. They also didn't try to push additional services. They also showed me all the different options available and the prices and differences between each one. I have dealt with many Rogers stores and this one is by far the best one.

Went in a dealt to discuss different options of internet prices with rogers and dealt with Kristian he was more than I could ask for! He took his time explaining the prices and even how long and how much it was gonna be when my promotion expired, sincerely the best customer service I have ever received in regard to telecommunications thanks to him I’ll be referring all my family and friends to this store specially for his amazing services wish I could give me a 10 out of 5

Just dealt with Nathan, store manager at this location. Two Samsung phones and a Tablet. We where more than delighted with the fast and friendly service. This kid (I'll say that because we are old) definitely knows his stuff.
Can't imagine he will be in this position long, onward and upward!
Nathan came through with the deal he had promised us from the outset and more.
It was a pleasure dealing and this Rogers location.
The other members of his staff that we met, Simon and Sam also share Nathans passion for their work.
A great crew all around!
Keep up the awesome customer service!

Talked to kristian and he was so helpful and had amazing customer service set me and my wife up with brand new phones with a discounted rate, I would 100% always recommend his services and this Sotre in particular for customer service amazing all around

Both Nathan (manager) and Simon exceeded my wildest dreams of service from Rogers. I ended up leaving with more data and less monthly fees. I was able to upgrade two of my phones for free and they helped install my screen protectors which were a crazy deal too. These two are amazing at what they do and reinstated my faith in Rogers as a company. I didn’t have to wait in line at all and their service was friendly and fantastic overall. I will be coming here for all my accounts from now on. Thank you so much for everything!

Came in the store after reading the reviews figured id give it try because the One at Fisher hallman had no one working. Went in with low expectations and left with internet cable and will be going back for cell phone even though they were super busy the manager was amazing gave me all the time in the world found me a great deal that even i couldn't match when i called in to inquire! GO HERE I Will be again!
