The service here was great! Mark helped me on two occasions. First he helped me go over options, and then later on he helped me transition my phone and plan. He was very supportive, knowledgeable and patient as he also helped me back up my old device in store so I could return it. There was no rush with assisting me and he made the transition smooth! Laiba assisted me in the store today with a billing issue I had. She was able to help me out & provide a resolution I was happy with. She was super helpful and made my experience stress free!

Visited the store during Black Friday to switch over to Rogers from Fido. Despite the issues applying promo codes using Rogers backend system, Kahdijah was able to assist me to the best of her abilities. She worked on my case for hours, truly appreciate her dedication to her customers and I highly recommend her!

Laiba from the Rogers store has been extremely delightful to work with. She is persistent, unrelenting in the most optimistic and positive manner and very very warm. She was more focused on helping us than even us ourselves. She provided us with the best customer service we’ve ever experienced and was very kind to give so much of her time to us. Make sure to ask for her when you visit this store! This rogers store is the kindest and warmest we’ve been to. They’ll ensure they get your job done and some.

I went there to renew my plan and was helped by Mark.he took the time it took, zero rush.had great convos while waiting and left happy. I went back later to get something updated and was told i had to call rogers, so i called and they said i had to go in store so i went back and Mark let me know I did actually have to call but he reached out to people and once again, took the time and fixed everything for me. I'll be returning just for the service.

Souvik helped me today. He was excellent in his service. The issue was tricky, and he was able to find multiple solutions to the problem. In the end a solution was acted on and a great outcome thanks to him. Would recommend his service!
