Terrible customer service. They cancelled my order without notifying me and had to spend 2 hours online chat to reorder and pick up from another store. Will never order to this store again.

Bad bad bad customer service! I don’t recommend! The staff was two on one girl trying to buy a phone and they leave me alone they confuse me and spending one hour of my time for nothing I ask a question to the manager, and he leave and never answer me but keep walking a front of me!

After getting the runaround from several other Rogers stores related to an Upfront Edge return, we came to this location and the issue was finally resolved. Yusef is polite, patient and works to solve problems for you, probably the best person I've dealt with at Rogers as a whole.

While I'm not a big fan of Rogers in general. We stopped by the Dufferin mall today to get a new phone. My old phone broke. Ricardo went over and beyond to find the right phone and seamlessly transfer all my info to the new phone. He answered all my many questions. I would highly recommend him and this store.

I was attempting to upgrade my device from the edge program. I had an incredibly rude and unhelpful Rogers agent at the Dufferin mall location of 900 Dufferin St

Both the store agent and phone agents gave me conflicting information which had me going back and forth to the store several time. After it got resolved by me calling the phone agent in the store, the store agent got angry and rude with me for calling the phone agent and then had to proceed to assist with upgrading the phone. Then he rejected my phone for not being acceptable with a few minor scratches. The description required on the website states “in good working condition” there’s no scratches on the screen. He throws the phone back to me saying we’re not going to take that before proceeding to quickly walk away. After 2 years of loyalty with both phone and credit card service, I would never expect such horrendous service. Especially at the end of a contract.
