Horrendous customer service. Can't even pick up the phone after calling multiple times throughout the day for the past 3 days. Don't even bother. Negative stars if I could.

Make me wait an hour just to pick up a phone I’ve placed an order for over a week ago, employees do not respect or care for customers time
Definitely do not recommend anybody waste their time or hard earned money here

I came to get two lines with phones and I was shocked with the rude and horrible service. Not even one min of me being there I turned around and left. Don’t they have a manager to train them how to treat their customers or do they not care!? Their reviews even are so bad. 2.7 you can tell. Don’t come here.

Don’t go to this location. It’s freezing cold outside and we were waiting at the door for someone to open the door for us for about 10 min. Then a customer came out with one of the salesmen and he told us oh you can’t come in I will screen you first then let you in. What the hell kind of service is this? We were coming in to make two big purchases and you just lost our business because of your horrendous service. They don’t want your business. We are normal people man and wife standing out in the cold we aren’t coming to rob you.
