Great support for existing Fido customer. Stopped in to sort out a new SIM for a lost mobile phone, and associate Jafar (spelling?) very helpful with extra back-end support.

This store was busy, but not too long of a wait, and very welcoming. I see people complaining the door is locked - It does take a moment to get inside with the security camera protocol, but that wasn't a problem at all.

The worst company in Canada is cheating people by enticing them to move in with a good deal, only to later cancel their promotion without providing any further notice

The guy was showing visible signed of impatience despite Fido process being inefficient but we were late also and they wanted to close.

In the end he was great and made everything work and didn’t leave something for another day. Left 3 minutes after closing time.

Still happy with the service and knowledge and speed.
