Ordered 2 phones and was offered express pick up at our local location. Showed up after receiving the email that the phones were ready for pick up. We were informed at the speaker through the door that we had to join the virtual line in order to enter the store - however it was 3: 50 pm and they were not taking any more customers because they close at 5. There were only 3 people in the store! Absolutely absurd customer service. Enough to make us consider switching to Bell.

This is the worst Rogers store I have been. Bad attitude and poor knowledge as well. Please avoid this one

We arrived promptly when the store opened, and a sign indicated the use of a QR code to schedule an appointment. Inside, there was only one customer and two salespeople who could have easily assisted us. We had to awkwardly stare at the camera for a picture. Upon entering the store, the apathy of the sales representative was quite absurd. It felt as if we were requesting a favor, and he reluctantly helped us. We kindly request that Rogers to ensure your employees receive better customer service training, as their behavior may affect your business negatively

My mom and I had to come two days in a row. The first day we came and our sales associate was Jordan and he was so helpful and apologetic as he was unable to do anything could do. Nothing worked. We tried to do a phone exchange and it did not work. Everything he tried to do on the computer did not work. He even called tech support and they could not help. 2 1/2 hours later nothing could be done. Sunday when they opened we came back as we had another sales associate help us she was the manager. Once again we got amazing service. Once again we were there for 2 1/2 hours this time we were able to trade my phone in and get a new plan. We were able to set up my phone. We just had a few hiccups. Then since things were going so well my mom decided it was time to trade her iPhone 8 in and she got a new phone. Once again the manager was great she was still setting up mine but was able to get my moms sale started. She was able to get everything done on her phone and we both walked out very happy customers. Between yesterday and today I the sales person we dealt with and the manager we dealt with were great and patience and took all the time we needed and did not rush us out even though we had been there so long. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Store is beyond terrible waited outside for 2 hours then they decided it was a good idea go on break. I urge you to not go to this store it’s beyond terrible

I was forced to make an appt. Showed up early checked in and waited.the time of the appt passed and then I was told I'm not even next in line when calling the store. A walk-in that came after me was let in while I was still waiting for my appt. They called approx 30 min after my appt time to let me in. Great system.

Store hours are wrong. Online it says open till 8pm, I show up to the store around 5: 45pm and the doors were locked. I look at the sign on the door that says open till 6pm… so I guess the staff can close at anytime they want.

I am not sure how this store working they keep door close even I received email my order is ready for pickup, nobody pick up the phone or provide any update please close this store if they are not able to provide proper service.

Absolute joke! Worst retail customer service I think I have ever had! Could not even get in the store was told there was 5 people ahead of me and had to wait outside. Almost as bad as dealing with Rogers on the phone.

If I could give this location a "0" I definitely would. Tried getting a new phone and set up. After 4 hrs of only having a contract (and no data transfer done properly) left. I won't be returning to this location ever again. Poor customer service, uneducated staff, too many other issues to mention.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to a different store if you are having issues with Roger's. Not helpful at all as the information given is wrong. That's on top of having to wait outside the store like a criminal. We need greater competition in this country when it comes to telecom.

WORST LOCATION EVER! THE ASSISTANT MANAGER DOESN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS! BROUGHT MY PHONE IN 3 WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT OUT TO SAMSUNG AND TAKE ABOUT 1-2 WEEKS. AFTER TRYING TO GET A LOANER PHONE TO NO AVAIL I GAVE UP! SO FRUSTRATED AND FINISHED WITH THE BRANCH AND THIER SO CALLED MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK AT ALL!

Easy phone pickup, but there was a long line. They require QR codes for a virtual line with a locked door. At least that’s what they were doing.

I came to the shop at 6: 30 pm, there were some people inside, I rang the bell and the worker told me by the speaker that they are closing 40 minutes before closing time. But I was there 1,5 hour before! Tried to explain it, but the answer was: “MY FRIEND! WE ARE CLOSED! ”
So, I went across the road to Bell, purchased the phone, two screen protectors and new SIM card that I needed, and left happy ;)
Congratulations, you just lost a new customer.

The attendee was very professional and understood my situation. He provided the information needed to address my concerns. Kudos for doing such a professional job. Your customer service skills are excellent.
