Was at the Rogers store in Midland. Was helped by John. He did a fantastic job of providing information and helping me figure out a few issues I was having with my current phone. I ended up getting a new phone with a contract. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He helped me set it up and everything went very smooth. If you visit this store, ask for John. He was awesome and we had a few laughs as well!

We had excellent service from John Parker, to upgrade and port our family's phones to Fido. John was friendly, efficient and amusing, which made our time with him very enjoyable. Plus, he had great recommendations for the package that would suit our needs best. He reviewed the details and made sure that we were satisfied. We are glad that we booked a time slot in advance, as we needed the full hour.

Such a shame you can’t give anything lower than one star, as they don’t even deserve one.

We just moved into an apartment building that’s above a business, as with most apartments in the area. After speaking with multiple representatives from this location, we were finally told it is impossible to get internet set up in our unit since the building is zoned as commercial and must go through Rogers Business, despite 3 other units in our apartment building having residential internet. So with our hands tied, we go through Rogers Business, explain our situation, and sign up with a business account, and despite expressing our concerns, being told this is the correct protocol in situations like this. We even had the internet installed with no issues. Now, after having the internet installed, we’re being told they are cancelling our services since we were wrongfully signed up as a commercial unit, to switch back to residential, start the entire process over again, AND pay for the replacement modem/installation fee.

Now we’re left with no internet and no options with Rogers moving forward, unless we want to cough up an extra couple hundred (again) and take time off work (again) to have a worker come here (again) to fix their mistake. Misinformed by numerous representatives yet we are financially responsible for their mistakes. Unbelievable. We are beyond frustrated with this Rogers location, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS LOCATION.

Just transferred from Telus to Rogers. A young sales representative named Paul helped us get set up in the Midland store, and we were extremely pleased with his service. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Thank you, Paul, for your exceptional service!

We got there approximately 1pm. There were 4 of us. 1 person had a wireless account with bell another had a account with Fido and the last 2 people had accounts with cityfone. And we wanted a family plan and Val the assistant manager helped us. He was great and very knowledgeable. It took approximately 21/2 hours to switch everything over and also get a new phone.

Val was able to update my plan and phone in a very quick and easy visit. Would 110% recommend. I saw another agent take care of a complex need from another customer in the brief time I was there as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful team in Midland. Thank you:)

I experienced the best customer service I have ever received from a Rogers employee today June 9th 2023 at the Midland office. I have been a Rogers customer for over 30 years. Val made me feel like a valued client. Thank you for your help and for making my day. Val deserves 11 stars not 5

I was very happy with the service I received from Val! He has remarkable customer service skills, he is pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with activating a SIM card and told me about how I can get discounts because I have a accessibility card, which I was never made aware of! Alex was an an amazing help to set up our new mobile phone. He also helped us add more gb of data on all of our family cell phones. He found us a great deal of savings on our monthly bill. We really appreciated his help and guidance

Excellent customer service. Alex, the store manager, solved all my exchange issues. Will continue to be a loyal Rogers customer with this level of service. Always better to see someone in person than online or over the phone.

Well we had the privilege of dealing with Alex the store manager. My Wife and I couldn’t have been more happy with how he helped us through the process of setting up our cell phones, internet, and cable.

Great customer service. Had to go in to upgrade the internet service. And A young fella named John helped me today. He has kind polite personable and professional demeanour and is very articulate. And to top it off he had a good sense of humour. I highly recommend him for a raise or promotion.
