“ The short girl with glasses has no idea what she is taking about, absolute worst rogers rep, she lied to me to sign up for rogers cable and messed up my account. She wears a mask and it was already so hard to understand her. Finally another agent with the name Nevraj working there helped me explain everything. Do not go to the girl with glasses she will force everyone into signing up for unwanted services too.

My husband and I went to the store Saturday for dropping off the precious cell phone following the instruction of Rogers customer service department.
We got the store 15 minutes before the store closed, we were told by the staff once we walked into the store that the floor is wet as he just mopped it ready to close instead of any greeting…. And then we told that we can not drop the cells there…. We think he just try to get off there as soon as the time of close… very poor customer service…
