I recently visited the rogers store to get my SIM card replaced, and I had a fantastic experience with the customer service representative, Sear. Sear went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process. He was extremely helpful and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring that the replacement went smoothly. I was impressed with his professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service. Sear's assistance made the entire experience pleasant, and I would highly recommend their service to others.

I do not advise anyone to deal with Rogers employees. I bought a new phone after the end of the contract. He told me that it was not rented

Rogers (Eaton Centre 2nd floor) Martin and Hwang who assisted me were very professional, kind and helpful. They explained clearly about the product and also recommended me the perfect package for my budget. They were very patient and helped me throughout the end of the transaction. Thank you again Martin and Hwang you guys are superb, keep it up!

After weeks of infuriating calls (mostly on hold with Rogers), I happened to be in the Eaton’s Centre by the Rogers store and decided to try my luck in person. Martin single-handedly restored my faith in Rogers. He was patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. This is the kind of employee that Rogers needs. I hope that the store is able to not only retain him but should be promoting him as an employer. Any company would be lucky to have him.

I had an excellent enough experience at this Rogers to actually write a review of it. They were quick and professional even as they were resolving an extremely messed up order, and Derrick was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.and now I have functional internet!

Terrible service, the representative just told me he’ll be happy to direct me to bell. I guess this stores Rogers employees are happy to lose customers.

Mr. Behzad did a great job at helping us. He told us everything we needed to know and he was really patient with us. He is a pro at his job and so many other things. We are so happy that he helped us with so much patient and good energy.

Worst service ever! They constantly keep charging me for a canceled account! They have already received their equipment but they won't stop charging me for Rogers Internet! What a bunch of idiots! Don't bother with these guys. Go to Starlink instead!

I had a very pleasant experience after visiting this place. Everyone with whom I have had communication in this place is competent and friendly. I especially want to mention Vishnu. He was very attentive, competent and professional. Thanks for the good experience!

This company is rotten. I got a new phone and thought I worked all the numbers out, the representative lied through his teeth, and when I tried asking questions they were rude and just told me to read it online. I was also shocked at how unprofessional they were, one representative was yelling at the customer in the middle of the store, it was painful to watch. Never ever conduct yourself like that with customers.

I just can’t say enough good things about the service I received at this Rogers location today. Both the representative, Peter, and his manager, Haresh, have been amazing. They spent two hours trying to help my mom, who literally knows nothing about technology to fully understand the new functions/features of her new phone. There were times when I lost my patience with her, but these two gentlemen were always happy to assist her until they were certain she was totally satisfied with product and service. Rogers’ customer service is truly unsurpassed. I can’t say enough about how happy I am being their customer.

Ordered a phone for express pick up. Never received an update about the retrieval window, so I called. They claimed they didn't have my preorder but COINCIDENTALLY had the exact same phone, in the same colour, with the same storage available to purchase ($50 surcharge would apply). I declined and said I would wait for my preorder to arrive. The next day my order was cancelled for 'not being collected'. Classic bait and switch to milk another $50 from a customer. I guess someone has to pay for those network improvements.

I went to this location for getting my bill issue resolved. Aj assisted me today. He was kind & patient. My issue got resolved in 10 mins.
