Arrived at 7.30 on Friday evening to get a new connection (store was empty) but they didn’t open the door saying we are about to close when I asked aren’t you guys open till 8 and he said yes but can’t activate new sim today you have to come early. Then I went to shoppers world I reached there at 7.45 and they activated the sim in 5 minutes. They were closing at 8 as well. The employee just didn’t want to work.

Stood in front of door for 10 minutes and didn't even cared to answer why they not opening the door. Three emploees in the store and its open and don't even care to open the door. Kept it locked the whole time. Guy named manveer came to the door twice but didn't even care to tell us why they are not opening the door. Dont go there waste of time.

This is very bad service from Rogers store.they have the space in the store for the customers but they don’t let them to stand in the store.we waited outside in 30*c about 30mins.

I went to this store and talked to Love about the situation but he literally said no and mentioned there is no way to fix your situation. I can’t understand why they are working there if they have no solution to our problems. Not satisfied with his service at all.

DON"T BOTHER CALLING THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER ROGERS STORE - THEY NEVER PICK UP! I've been in the store and watched them ignore calls. Just standing there doing nothing.

Bad experience. Guy did not know how to reboot the phone. He wouldn't take the defective phone back. Had to go to Samsung and to Rogers and to samsung even though it had only been a few days of purchase. Did not provide any accessories or wave set up fee. Go to shoppers world Rogers. They always hook it up. Went to them after and got a much better deal.

Went to the Rogers store to upgrade my phone. Sharene, the rogers rep, was so helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. She put the glass screen protector on for me. She also assisted with swapping the Sim card to my new phone. One time I went to a Rogers store and the rep forgot to put my new Sim in my phone and I had no service for hours. Luckily Sharene made sure that my sim card was swapped and service worked on my new phone. As a bonus she also helped me with choosing a case for my phone. 5 out of 5 service and I would recommend this Rogers store to everyone.

I spoke to Love in their office and I couldn’t have been happier. He literally went out of his way to understand my situation and explain it to the person on customer care line so my issue gets resolved. Before I entered the store, I was frustrated and annoyed with Rogers, but Love made it all go away with his kind and patient behaviour. Rogers is lucky to have a few good men like Love working for them.

Worst store, worst service staff is not good they don’t let you in, everybody have to wait 15-20 minutes outside the store to go in, it’s irritating….
