Unprofessional staff. I went there on Boxing Day, as the store was less busy than the other stores but the desk guy didn’t want to talk to the customers. I can understand there are busy days but at least provide the information the customer wants.

Don't trust them. If they ll say you get this offer after 3 months, you will never get it.
Frauds

Despite the busy Black Friday turn out, I was put in a queue and helped as efficiently as possible by the associates at this location.

SCAM ALERT! These guys are big scammers especially Khushi. She sell me plan with credit which never existed. When try to reach manager he always hide himself in office and say he is sick and not in office stay away from these guys.

Hey, this store employee do not pick phone calls of customers even you call them in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Don't visit this store.they are fraud.their employee his name is "CHINTAN" is a fraud. He charged me for sim activation when I already had the sim. He was not supposed to be charging me when I confronted him, he started avoiding eye contact and kept on lying.he is a CHEAT. Don't waste your time and money there.

Employee named chintan gives false information and we were waiting for 2hrs and after he tells they dont have mobile in stock

They show good plans after you visit the store the plan just got updated making it more expensive. I will not recommend you

Worst service ever sold me 2 outerbox chargers and screen protector for around 200$ told me that it will be credited back into your bill. 9 months today nothing comes up. Not even helping with the issue. Last month there manager Girish told me I figured it out you will get the credit but still I didn’t got any… Please guys dont buy anything additional on fake promises

Chintan was amazing in solving a very complicated cell phone matter for me - all while patiently answering my many questions. His knowledge of plans and products is obvious - along with his desire to make the customer happy. Chintan is customer service at it's best! Thank you Chintan!

I went to Rogers store in shoppers world and got a best deal from the store associate Chintan he is best with advising the plans which best suits and provide numerous discount offers with the plan.

Got 2 wireless lines and home internet service from Tanveer. He was extremely polite. Explained everything very well. I will give him 10/10 for all his service and i would highly recommend visiting him for any services with Rogers at Shoppers world branch.

Irresponsible staff the worst communication ever got my order canceled for no reason and not informing me of that

Chintan is the worst employee here. His behaviour towards customers is way to rude. Please have your employees re-trained because they have no sense of professionalism on how to attend customers. I mean straightaway one of the lady employee there was abusing a guy employee in hindi so loudly that everyone in store could literally hear that! However, one of their employees - Tanveer was way too good in customer service he was just not available at store today but yesterday i met him for new device and he was amazing with everything, like learn something from your colleague man LOL. Please don’t waste your going here!

It was very amazing experience from rogers store with mr.chintan who helped me to get my new device and a home internet at very cost effective prices i thank him and appreciate him for his capabilities to serve
