I have been many times to this store and earlier there were three employee working named Simran, Varinder and Mohit they were quite good but I don't know how the staff currently working there deals with customers, I went today there just for sim activation.there were just 4 customers there ahead of me. They first attend their friends even they didn't have any place in line and this happened today one lady came went directly to them as she was know to one of them. After that the girl came again she went directly to employee and they were gossiping and laughing for at least one hour and we were waiting for one and half hour. There was one guy who just attended one customer for at least 2.5 hours and the girl who attended me just told that call to rogers and get your sim activated or login to your account and you can activate there which didn't worked for me and it took 2.5hours to them just to tell this to me. I don't know why rogers is paying to these as they do not work properly. I only want to say that this store used to be good but now it is totally garbage. Don't ever go there.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very poor and slow service. Doesn't care about how long a person is waiting in the line. Don't go there, its a waste of time. I went today, waited for more than an hour in the line and had to come back without being served.

Rogers store located at 16 Lisa St. Brampton is a worst place to shop. Customer has be photographed before entering in the store. You are welcome there as a criminal. What a disgraceful behavior by the store management. If you are okay with that You spend money and buy humiliation for yourself. I give a damn to shop there.

I used bell I want transfer ROGER. I visit Today ROGER Lisa st Brampton A2 unit. So very Bad customer service He don't now how to talk to customer. I am Uber driver I have Uber deal I Asked him Uber driver I see my Uber account deals you can help About Uber deals. He said YES, when I am entered the he give me defrient deals.he forced me like I said I want just Uber driver deals. After that he said I can't help like a fraud. And his Attitude like angry. Never suggested to anyone Rogers telecom specially this location. They all are fraud. I paid my device bill from last 5 months without having device. Their insurance covered nothing. So don't take device insurance specially Likewise insurance. Trust issues.

Review is not based on this individual store. Leaving Rogers due to price matching. Bell offers me less cost on devices and rogers refused to match it. So im going to buy out my plan after being a rogers customer for over 13 years. Goodbye Rogers, costing me lots of time.

I visted the store couple days ago and purchased a phone from Mohit his customer service was great explained and answered all my questions if you do vist the store make sure to talk to mohit he is really great with his job

Tried to call 5-6 times to ask the closing time on new year eve day, but nobody answered and wheni get there it was open and i called again to check and phone was ringing.

I am not exaggerating when I say that we have just dealt with one of the best sales representatives ever, hands down. My husband and I came in quite discouraged as the Rogers call center was refusing to honor a promo plan that was advertised on their site. We went through many agents only to have calls disconnected and for them to say they couldn’t see it on their end. A simple visit to their website and they could have seen it on the front page.

Anyways, my husband insisted on going to the store and so we did. Vrinder started off with confirming that the promo plan indeed was not showing up in their system, however empathized with our frustration regarding the discrepancy. Although unable to give us that exact plan, he took the patience and care to work out details to a new bundle of plans to fit our family’s needs and budget. We were overpaying for our services. He helped us by working out a bundle where we will be paying less for more.

We left happier than ever. If you don’t call that perfect customer service, I don’t know what is. Sometimes we just need a human approach in this money-hungry corporate world. I truly hope Rogers will work hard to keep representatives like Vrinder because they are truly difficult to come by! I hope this review helps other Rogers customers find the help they need.

Upgraded my phone with pixel 6a to gift it to my mother. I was misinformed by VRINDER (sales associate).
No product knowledge, or if they have then there's no ethics, they just make their commission by misguiding customers.
They should be sued.

Terrible experience, store manager had no interest in helping and would rather leave and not solve the issue and leave it to the assistant store manager and telling me to call the 1800 number, after 2 hours in store nothing got solved, then one of the punks in store starts giving me attitude because I was telling them that this is not my problem and in fact rogers issue and proceed to give me attitude. They all need an attitude check and need to take care of the customer and actually do work instead of standing around and talking about their lives with each other.

The store closes 5 to 10 mins before 8: 00 pm on a regular basis. Employees are extremely rude and use foul language. Rogers should monitor the store hours to make sure they do not lock up before the posted time.
