I returned the modem. Easy! No fuss no muzz. The only thing is the Store Manager, he has no extra personal touch in his customer service (like a robot). 1 question, 1 answer.

Leave you stand outside in the cold while 3 employees twiddle their thumbs. Laughable. Roger’s has always been terrible.

It was easy to return a old modem and get a new mobile plan. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure why the entry door is closed, you need to wait for your call to get entry.

This rogers store is really bad and won’t let you in and guy in there talking with us was really rude and told us to if you wanna get in leave your name and phone number they will call you when they are free or otherwise you can go away this is the way they talk to there customers you just lost your 4 customers.

Came to this location to get my service going I’m a old customer that was convinced to try Rogers again and I came to this location to get help with setting up my phones. I was not let in the door and was told to leave my name and number and someone will call me when I can come because they were at full capacity, like it’s not
COVID time anymore! I asked how long because I don’t live close and they just said name and number we will call you! I felt it was super rude and bad customer service, I asked again can I just wait outside they said again name and number we will call you! I gave the info and left I waited an hour and a half no call, then I called and they said they were free come in. I came and a lady was outside I rang the bell they let the lady in and again said I had to come back! I told them I just called and you told me to come and the reply was I just need 2 minutes with this lady. I’m now waiting 20 minutes outside! If this is how Rogers costumer service is I don’t know if i should even give them a second chance! Really bad at this location.

Staff are super naive.congratulations to the owner of this location.
First, they will ask you for the ID and then even they don't know how to deal with the customer.
