Wow, talk about overboard. I came to the Courtice location to have them look at my phone and was greeted at the door by a camera and a woman with a thick accent speaking thru the worst speakers ever making it extremely difficult to hear what she was asking, especially for someone deaf in one ear. After having to ask her to repeat herself 5 times I finally figured out what she wanted. She wanted me to take off my hat and look directly into the camera. I did so and then she came to the door peering thru the glass at my hands to make sure I wasn't carrying a weapon I have to presume. (I had my keys and wallet in my hand) She allowed me in where I seen another employee watching the camera for the woman at the door and yells to her. Camera clear!

While there getting "help" As she is "helping me" anytime someone came to the door she would have to excuse herself from me and go to the monitor to watch as the other woman went to the door. She was 100% focuses on that screen and before the door was open she would yell out Camera Clear!

I asked the woman.what's going on here, are you housing plutonium in the back? She answered. Well, phones are expensive these days.

Sure they are, but so are a lot of other items out there for sale.

What goes on at this location is so overboard it's hard to even believe. Too cheap to get a security guard?

The women at the store are so vigilant on it too.super Karen's.

Never ever again will I come to this location. Rogers needs tk send in a secret shopper so they understand how customers feel and how they are treated upon arrival.

Also, you are locked inside until you are done, then walked to the door, cameras checked, cameras cleared before they let you out.

Complete nightmare. Never again

Simple change needed for my account and refused to do because my license expired. Dropping all my services. The worst customer service.

Keona did such an amazing job today, I’ve never felt more confident leaving a 5 star service review! This was the most pleasant experience at Rogers I’ve ever had, she was very detailed and through the entire process! She gave us amazing discounts and promo codes and explained that the plan we thought we had was actually more expensive, got us the most amazing plans for our family!

Thank you so much for your amazing service it was such a pleasant experience and a pleasure meeting you!

Worse customer service. Waited there for half n hours and store was about to close in 10 min. Person came outside and told to come back tomorrow like we are free for them. Stupid service

Worst customer service! They have scan code for appointments and the guy working in the store don’t know if its working or not waited for more then 20-25 minutes to get some deal and didn’t get worst service!

Helped in store by Tej and Keona. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome and heard. Helped with all my troubles and explained it well since I am not very tech savvy. Great service from courtice! Will be coming back in the future:)

"Esha" is an upcoming "STAR" on the Rogers support team! Her high level of personal, compassion, perseverance and dedication for 100% customer satisfaction is very rare. I attended this Courtice location with my Mother today, in her late 80's having impaired hearing, to resolve a stressful issue with her defective Rogers brand cable TV box. "Esha" felt a sincere level of compassion taking the time to contact the Rogers customer support team while we waited, and arranging a technician to visit my Mother’s home within 24 hours to resolve the issue with this 6 month old, faulty Rogers cable box. Rogers is fortunate to have "Esha" on their team. I believe this young lady has several advantageous customer service skills that many others on her team could benefit from in the future. Best Wishes, Esha, for a stellar career with Rogers!

Service was excellent. Esha went out of her way to explain and set up a connection with Rogers rep in Alberta. She also helped me figure out which plan was adaquete for me and helped me pick the shows that would interest me. And at no time did she loose her cool!

When we started dealing with this location for some simple changes around the cell phone plans, we conducted $776.64 of business with Rogers monthly. We're now with Bell and happy to never have to see a red logo again. Just don't do that to yourself, use the one at the mall in Oshawa, or just.anywhere else.

Rang the buzzer. Explained my reason for visit. They took name and cell number. Waiting in car few minutes, they called said it was ok to go to door, they took pic by overhead camera, they came and let me in. I explained my visit. Yexia gave me many answers very helpful. They have a very frustrating job. When I returned home problem had corrected. And I had received valuble knowledge from store.

The worst Rogers store ever. Doesn’t let you in citing Covid policy. Made me wait for 1 hour saying it would be 10-15 mins.

Store operates with COVID extreme lockdown rules. Feels more like a prison than a Rogers store.

One of the worst stores in the area. I suggest take your business to a different store if you can’t avoid Rogers in whole. I am long time Rogers client and this is the year I am sure I will be moving to someone else.

Went to this store to take a new device then they started the process and told me they can't provide me the device as my address is not in Oshawa. I went to the other store and got the same device without any problem looks like they just wanna sit and enjoy without doing anywork in the store.

The manager at this location is a super Karen. Blonde lady that is border line crazy. She almost attacked me because I asked the store agen what they are going to do to help me. I have the whole thing on video. Will post on YouTube.

I was at their store today. I can't even begin to tell you how bad the customer service was, if there was a minus I would have given that. I have four phone accounts with them and the woman was totally uninterested in helping me. Avoid this store at all costs. Terrible, terrible service. Actually, just close the store.
