I dealt with a sales rep call Siddharth. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He also gives discounts that is available to the customers. I highly recommend to ask for Siddharth when you visit the store next time.

Do not get a phone from this location you get one to tell you it's ordered and your plan will start just wait for the phone in the mail it never comes and then when you go to the store they tell you that the order was canceled with no explanation sorry don't you think you should call the client tell them.

I recently visited Rogers and I’ve received the best services from Simar. She helped me and answered to all my queries. She knows her work really very well. She was sweet and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Simar for the help.

I visited the store 20 mins before closing time and they asked me to come tomorrow because they have already shut the systems down, why not change the closing time only. This is the exact reason why I moved switched out from rogers, because of pathetic customer service in store.

Worst services worst dealing the best is rogers should shuffle this gang. Especially the Fat Egyptian Lady Yuna who is always busy using her phone and not dealing clients nicely and also lazy enough to provide the information it was worst experience i wont visit again.

Recently had to port my sim from Virgin to Fido for a better plan and the board was showing 35 dollars as the starting plan after going through the process it was finally showing as 39 dollars which I was fine and I wanted to add a Addon of the 1000 mins to call back home which was free and the sales agent said we can give you unlimited option to back home country and then i said there was a 1000 mins on my previous plan and she said this add on will do that and I believed in the sales agent and went back home after 2 weeks I was calling back home and see a message saying that I used almost 300dollars for long distances calling and then I called back the agent and she totally missed adding them and when I asked to check after the message she said let’s wait for the bill and said it is active on the account. After receiving the bill I saw the amount on the bill then she understood she missed some add on code that needs to be added and now trying to add it says expired and then she says I am helpless and I need to deal it with customer care which was her mistake

I've been to this store 3 times in the last year. And every time I ask this Particular sales rep for help. She always tells me to go to a corporate store, that they can't help me. But that isn't true, she could have helped me. She's just lazy and useless

Got a new phone today at rogers and what can I say it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. Simar was absolutely amazing…. She found that best deals, she explained everything so well and she really communicated with us. I felt so comfortable around her. Thank you simar your amazing

Tried to change company from Chatr to Rogers.
In this location it takes - 2 days.
The staff is absolutely unreserved, especially Simar, who served us, almost all the answers I get: I don't know.
The worker did not want to do anything, even when we were already at the counter and explained what we needed, she began to eat and went about her business. To our questions - will it be long? We received an answer - either I don't know, or 1 second.
We spent the whole evening on this, as a result, the employee said - come tomorrow to my shift (1p.m. 9p.m.) and I will finish setting everything up for you.

On the second day they came, after 2-3 hours I finally finished processing, adding you will additionally need to pay $ 50 for registration in our network, but if you buy something from us, then registration will be free. Bought an iPhone cable for $20. The bill came with the same $50. We went to another center already, a friend switched to the same operator.

Result: we completed the transition in 15 minutes, as it turned out - there are no such discounts for purchases in Rogers, the most unpleasant service.

Simar did a great job helping me port my number to Rogers and getting my wife a new number aswell. She was very patient, and was able to provide us with best available offer for Rogers. Would definitely come back for any more services.

Got tricked by the sales people here. Went in to check for better monthly deals on my mobile phone. The sales girl shared FIDO $30 per month 20GB data plan + $25 per month 20GB on the second line.
When I went up to the guy behind the desk, he confirmed the same plan.
I signed up and ported to FIDO with the sales guy.
Three days later I received the bill stating $35 per month instead of the promised $30. Similarly the second line got charged $30 instead of the promised $25 rental.
When I called him back, he declined to confirm if there was ever a $30 monthly plan that both him and the girl promised when I visited them.
Don't trust the people at the store!

NO ONE called me to clarify anything. Thanks but no thanks for taking the time to comment. Lies is what you get when you deal with these guys. Beware!
