I can't even express in words how awesome Nicole and Jordan were last night when helping us. They took their time even though the store had closed and never made us feel rushed. They helped make a difficult transition easy and did it with kindness, patience and the utmost exceptional customer service. I truly appreciate their professionalism last night and their service with a smile. To the boss.you have two gems at your store.

Went into the store to do a whole bunch of changes and additions of services. All the staff just was just amazing. Kim was the staff member who helped with the majority of the changes. She was patient and kind and explained all of the information for all the changes we made. Wonderful experience at the store. These staff members are a wonderful example of how customers should be treated.

My wife and I went in this past weekend to set up a new phone and 2 plans with Rogers. We transferred from Bell because our reception always sucked. Jordan at this store helped us and he was amazing! Helped us save a few bucks and got us the best plan. Would recommend working with the team here!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location and the staff were nothing but amazing! Nicole in particular went above and beyond with what was expected of them and made the transition from my old provider into the rogers family quick and painless! Im so thankful for her and the rest of the staff at this specific location, and will be happy to return knowing any issues I have will be dealt with in a professional way, as demonstrated by Nicole

Been a Rogers customer for 10 years, went in for questions about my bill and new phones for my fiancé and I. Waiting a half hour and then was told I was going to have to wait another 20 mins.
Absolutely ridiculous. I will be switching my phone provider

Angela, the store manager helped me do a phone upgrade today. She made it a truly seamless experience. She is an asset to Roger's! Amazing customer assistance.

Jordan is absolutely amazing. He’s always so helpful and helps us set up our phones. He’s absolutely the best guy in the world. Every time we come the Rogers we always ask for him. He’s so smart and talented. Knows how to do everything. Thanks again for your great work, we always leave here with a big smile on your faces

Rude and did help at all
Took my 30$ screen protector off for nothing and said I can't access the account I pay for! And advise me the process of changing a phone takes time so I should drive to another town and do it at another store
If you don't wanna work till closing time go home and find another job!

I can't say enough good things about the service I got at Roger's at this location. Jordan was such a bug help and was able to transfer everything I needed to have on my new phone and even stayed an hour past closing to make sure that everything was transferred properly. I am greatly appreciative of everything he did for me today!

One of the worst experiences ever. Reading through the reviews it all makes sense now how horrible their customer service is. It seemed as if my experience would have been different if I was an older white individual because the workers seemed more helpful to people who didn't look like me. From the male worker being hesitant and asking me questions at the door before letting me in to the store, to me asking if I can get my phone delivered to their location and them responding "no just get it delivered to your address", to asking the female worker if a particular phone was available and her replying "I don't know" while she's on her phone texting not paying me any attention. I walked out and told them how poor their customer service was. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went to the store today and received top notch service. The guy knew what he was talking and I'm glad I bought by phone there.
