Worst staff ever seen staff with bear telling his assistant keep eye on me may be I steel phone & ordering me from his chair wot u want yesterday it’s happened at 3.30 to 4.30 he really don’t want to server me I m really disappointed I sign up bell today from bell today customer service is zero rogers need to trained there staff at st Laurent Ottawa for sure

Firas was such a great help. We added an iphone 15 and took a sim card. He was very patient and offered his advice, which we gratefully took. Great experience overall.

I was also told i couldn't return an item because i didn't have my receipt. It was within the 15 day period at this store. I worked retail before and it's not hard to pull up a receipt in the system. It's not 1995
