Learn how to talk to people first if u are in customer service. If u don’t want customers to walk out by their own put a sign inside or instructions rather than shouting on them.

I am not sure if this is an industry-wide problem or localized to this store. One of my friends received an offer to switch to Rogers from Chatr. The offer clearly states that the activation fees will be waived on top of the first month being free. The sales representative said it's the same! However, they don't even know they have such marketing campaigns going on. They couldn't believe it, and we had to show them the actual email. Even after that, they asked us to talk to the person who sent the email. It's Rogers, and we were at the store, but they told us to contact them over the phone or through chat. They wasted a lot of time, and it was stressful to switch to them. With this experience, we aren't encouraged to recommend this to others. It's bad for both of us, but even worse for them!
