I never dealt with them but they keep sending text spam (Saif) ever since I signed up with Rogers through a corporate plan.
They send offers that clearly make no sense for me and keep doing it even after asking not to. I certainly never gave this store permission to market to me.

Waiting for almost half hour in line, no one else behind me, then they asked what I'd like and they said "don't have any". Never going there again.

Arthur was amazing. He took the time to find me a good plan that would work for what I needed. As well as save me money each month. He was so patient and kind with me when I didn't understand and needed help to do different things on my phone. I would definitely recommend Arthur at the Roger's store in Masonville Mall

I have contacted the store multiple times to fix an error that they made when activating a new phone and no one seems to care to address this issue.

It was time to upgrade my phone (which I dread doing) so my son and I headed into Rogers. Arthur quickly greeted us and answered my questions and provided helpful information. He guided, but did not attempt to sway my decision in any way. Best of all, he was able to look at our entire plan and determined ways to save us significantly overall. Arthur is a huge asset to this store and Rogers! If I ever have any questions or concerns I will definitely head to this location. Thank you Arthur for making the process painless.

Went in for a phone renewal/ upgrade and when we asked questions about certain items instead of trying to up-sell us the store they were honest and super helpful, love going to this location for that reason!

We went to Rogers to ask over charging bill I got from Rogers. My case was quite complicated because it involved transferring between names. Noah was awesome! We’ve been in Canada only for 2 years, but I think his service is the best service we ever got so far. Noah was very very very helpful, he explained to me every single things, even I asked again and again for the same thing. Thank you Noah! You are the best!

Arthur gave us an excellent service to solve an issue with our Rogers internet service. We had been on the phone with Rogers for days trying to solve this problem, and we finally went to Rogers at Masonville and Arthur solved it for us. I finally have internet at home again, after more than a week, which was a huge problem considering that we work from home. Thank you Arthur! We appreciate you.

Andrew and Noah (correct me if I was wrong on the names) were excellent, they helped me lower my overall phone bill with creative solutions that fit my budget. Full Marks, Thanks gentlemen.

We received excellent service from this store! Arthur, Zaid, and all of the other staff who assisted us there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We changed over our phone plans from Bell to Rogers and saved money on our monthly plan fees and were able to keep our same phone numbers and all of our contacts. The customer service was unbelievable and I highly recommend visiting this store for cell phone service!

This store never picks up the phone for retail customers! You have to call rogers main line and get them to call. Ridiculous, plus no answering machine.

I did a trade-up of 2 iphone 13s on Dec 3rd for 2 iphone 14s and the sales rep, said the trade-in credits will be applied to my bill. Still have NOT received a bill credit, I have called Rogers 5 times now and nobody is able to locate the 2 iphone 13s I traded in. The store manager said they can't do anything because the iphones are no longer in the store!? ! So what happened to my 2 iphone 13s?
