Amber exceeded my expectations when adding a new phone to my existing plan. Amber listened to my new needs and provided advice on options. What can normally be a confusing experience was easy and quick.

Amber and Josh were amazing at setting us up with new phones as we are dinosaurs when it comes to techy things. Very patient with us and explained options. Thankful we stopped into the store in Collingwood.

I have an announcement to make. One year ago I moved to Collingwood from
BC. I am widowed and my "Electronic Guru" can't help me anymore. Therefore
I rely on a person in a store that represents Roger's. I found Rogers in Collingwood. The whole team was very helpful. Especially Ashley I like to mention. She explains always things to me I do not understand. She is always polite and patient. She seems to understand that grandmothers like to learn. I hope that people like Ashley and her team will always be around in times
where AI TAKE OVER.

Visited the Collingwood branch today and was blown away by Kaity’s amazing customer service. I had been struggling with my personal email for god knows how long, I walked in to see kaity and she had all of my problems resolved in under a minute. I have never experienced better service!

Ashley was awesome! I didn't end up buying anything this visit, but she helped me out with pricing and answered all my questions quickly and clearly.

Went in with the hopes of upgrading my phone and lowering the price of my plan. Amber was amazing and guided us through the process of everything! If you’re going to Rogers for any help, ask for Amber!

Wonderful and amazing customer service! Helped us get cases and screen protectors for our 15 pro max’s. Kaity was great!

Pushed their new modem on us, which requires multiple apps to be downloaded. Way too much of a headache to get our dual 5ghz & 2.4ghz back. Been on hold for nearly 2 hours, they don’t offer in store service inquires anymore. Horrible customer service. In process of cancelling if I ever get through to customer service.
