The most helpful staff at Rexall in Alliston, they have gone to the extreme to assist in everything. I simply can’t say enough a special thanks to Shelly for today’s assistance in trying to activate a Be Well card for me. She made calls tried my phone and made certain that I had all the information necessary for the savings with the Be Well card:)

I came to Rogers to get set up with a new router and internet and I was very impressed with the service. Dan and Cass were super helpful, answered all my questions and got me set up right away. Definitely considering on switching to Rogers.

Had some Issues getting internet setup.

Christian nailed it out of the park. Got the old account cleared up, got me setup with a new account, equipment, and online in the same day. After waiting over a week with no news previously, it was a much welcomed change of pace.

Someone walked to this location and said we were related and we've lost our phone and needed a new sim card. They were handed a new sim without any identification and they proceede to gain access to our cibc account and stole all our money! I'm so mad. Worst few days of my life

I was dealing with David. First of all, he was very rude to me. Second, he did not do his job- he did not make changes to my account as I asked for! Here is the story. On June 27 I returned a tablet and ask to cancel the plan. After that I had to visit the store twice and to call 4-5 times to remind about myself. Finally I called general line Fido and was said that all the changes I asked for should be made immediately at the very first day! I come to the store again, angry and upset, David was very rude and instead of apologies he asked me to leave! Other worker helped me and did all the changes in 2 minutes! This is the very first time during 16 years I am in Canada when I have received such an inappropriate service and attitude!

Nathan deserves more than 5 stars at the Rogers Centre in Alliston. He spent a lot of time helping me choose a phone, setting it up and also getting changeover to Ignite. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. If you want great customer service and decide on Rogers, ask for Nathan. Thanks again!

The customer service here is non-existant. I went in to get help with my wireless internet and the only response I got was "there's nothing I can do". No "sorry to hear that" or "let me try and help". Just a straight up, not even caring, response.
When I called the customer service line they gave me to cancel my internet, that Rogers agent was aweful too. Hidden fees everywhere that were not mentioned before. We were given a "free" tablet that we now have to pay $250 for. It is rediculous and I guarentee we will never be dealing with Rogers again. Nothing but trouble and headaches.

Great customer service. We previously had bad experiences with Rogers however after visiting this location I can stay our opinion surprisingly has changed. Clay at this location is simply amazing he went above and beyond to make us happy and change our view towards Rogers. I can not say enough about how we were treated he made us feel special, listened to our concerns and resolved it. We walked away shocked and surprised about how professional yet friendly Clay was, willing to go above and beyond. I would actually say all the other staff members were also very helpful and I can tell they are willing to do what it takes to make the customers happy. I would recommend everyone to visit this location and experience it themselves.

Clay was simply amazing along with the rest of the staff at this location. I m not a big fan of Rogers based on my previous experiences with them, however my my opinion has changed just because of this location. Clay did everything and went above and beyond to make me happy after my bad experience with Walmart wireless worker that messed up my plan and failed to give me the correct info. Do not waste time if you are in the area just go to this location and you will not regret it.

Fantastic service! Went out of their way to order a device that was out of stock when every other Rogers in Ontario just told me “sorry, we don’t have it”. The manager David helped a ton and made the whole transition to Rogers super easy. Worth the drive!

When we moved to a place without traditional service coverage, we looked into all options available for home internet. Since Rogers recently introduced unlimited data plans, we went to their highly rated store in Alliston and we were not disappointed. Kim came up with a great plan that not only gives me unlimited data on my mobile phone, but also at home for everyone else for much less money than what we thought we would have to pay in first place. As it wasn't in stock, Kim managed to get the required hub in from another store for the next day. When the hub at home was slow at picking up the signal, she sent suggestions how to get it right and it worked. Great service, we fully recommend this place!

Tried to cancel my account in-store, was directed to call in (no big deal, no stars lost there.) However, I asked if I could return my equipment, they said yes and took it, then *refused* to give me a receipt or a return number. After spending an hour on the line with some lovely customer service reps, they told me that they were dead wrong in doing that, and that I will have to do some legwork to make sure I don't get charged for "lost equipment. " Yes, I should not have left without getting a receipt, lesson learned, but straight-up refusing to give me one? Come on.

Although the service is fast I have continuously had issues with the way they set my billing up for my phones. I never receive my bill whether it be via email or mailed and payments never go through. Every time I go in there the staff isn’t too much help and don’t help out with problems properly
