I don't recommend this store. I went in to renew my contract and purchase a new phone for my husband and I, and the staff member assisting me was very rude and short with me while I was simply looking for clarity with the options mentioned. I asked him if there was something I had said or done that upset him and warranted his rudeness, and he said no, yet continued with his poor behavior. I have been a Roger's customer for around 18 years, and this was the worst customer experience I've had during these 18 years. I decided to leave and go to the location on Eagleson, which I am so glad for, because they were wonderful and honestly turned the experience around for me.
