Wired internet from Rogers disconnects all the time. 10/10 service if you hate yourself and want the worst out of life.

Do their stupid QR virtual line upon arriving at the store. Then proceed to wait in my car for over 30 minutes as no customers are in the store and just never get a text message to enter. Locking the store is an absolute joke. Do you want customers or not

A Roger's employee added a cellphone to my mom's account recently without her consent. My mom is a vulnerable senior. When I reported the fraud to rogers the rep tried to sell me a Mastercard. Other than that it seemed like the person was taking me seriously and I was assured the fraud department would get back to me. They never did. I followed up because mom received a cellphone contract in the mail. The fraud was reported August 14th and Roger's did not remove the cellphone until September 4. Roger's has advised me that my mom who is blind and has never used a cellphone or even the internet before called in and ordered the phone herself. They finally canceled the phone because they detected fraudulent activity on the phone September 4, not because I followed up. Roger's advised me it's impossible for their staff to commit fraud. Someone also said it was impossible for the titanic to sink. It's just not safe for vulnerable seniors to have a rogers account. Protect your parents from these predators.

Always an issue when dealing with Rogers. It seems like little has progressed over so many years.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. One girl in particular (that works Monday nights) is extremely rude and unhelpful. Can’t look up my postal code that is literally connected to my account? Go work in fast food scrubbing dishes where you belong.

The staff here were quite strange and aggressive. I did feel bad for them because they complained about their low pay / relying on commission. I sympathize with that, but I think that needs to be brought up with management rather than the customers.

Generally very rude and unhelpful. I was shocked when the staff proceeded to complain about the previous customer, using a derogatory female name, right in front of me.

Absolutely awful experience! Even though I had an appointment I was made to feel like an intrusion for the three staff sitting on their phones. No one got up to greet me, the only customer in the store, and they seemed disgruntled that I had an appointment they weren't aware of. Management should have a chat with these people and tell them that they are in the service industry and customers should be treated with respect.

Just upgraded here last week. Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 10 out 10 experience.
