Huge story. Good service but the product didn't happen because Rogers screwed up. Not happy.

Had a bad experience with them. Offered me a Rogers postpaid connection with an iPhone 15 pro buyout plan, but once the new phone arrived and ported from Koodo to Rogers, they kept on changing the statements like there would be multiple hidden charges such as an activation fee on my first bill (which I ensured it wouldn’t come and 50% discount on connection charges which has to be reflected on my 3rd monthly bill). On top of it, the 1000-minute free international calls they promised earlier are not available in my current plan. It's quite disappointing and this is not the way you should treat your customers. Turns out, just to lure customers they are offering false promises. I am just another unhappy customer and I would never deal with this store anymore. (-1 star from my side for such a sarcastic way of treatment)

Please positively acknowledge all of your employees who worked on Black Fri weekend, especially Rebecca, who was super at performing several tasks at one time while remaining calm and patient with everyone she encountered in person, as well as in the phone.
The store was packed with people.
Many customers waited (most often) patiently as Rebecca, Brianna (Bri) and Alex all worked hard and efficiently to work magic for all customers who needed their expertise.
A tip for Rogers: on Black Friday - pay for security to stand and open the door for each patron, so your employees don’t have to continue, mid-job, walking across the store to open the door (it’s locked for safety purposes).
Well done by all at the St. Thomas Rogers store. All 3 employees deserve a paid day off, or a bonus if some kind, after all of the juggling they did this weekend. Hoping that Rogers appreciates their hard working employees.

Francis was great and he look after us great and would recommend seeing him for cellphone and internet needs.

I'm at the Saint Thomas Rogers. A couple of months ago girl Meghan helped me she was very helpful very polite and today. I have a girl named brianna and she is just the same very helpful very polite and very patient

My family and I went into the St. Thomas Rogers location to update our wireless services and get new phones. Francis looked after us and was able to get us new phones with an amazing plan and some extras. He was very professional and provided exceptional service.

Dropped in to Port my cell number over to Rogers from
Koodo. Rep met me at door and led me to counter where she looked up my info and quickly proceeded to Port my cell to the new sim card I received.
She pointed out my phone was working and I had already received a text from Rogers prompting me to set up my voice mail. Great and fast service.

4 staff sitting around a table. ALL on their phones, no greeting, no help and a complete waste of time.
