Staff are not helpful as they sit and do nothing all day. STILL a useless security guard at the door giving the customers a hard time. This LOCATION needs to close I am never given assistance at this store. What a total waste of space and money!

We had two lovely ladies named Zohra and Andrea who stayed late to help set up a plan for me and my family. They were so kind and patient. Highly recommend coming here!

Today was the day I cancelled every one of my services with Rogers. I've been abused by this garbage company for decades, today it ends. Went to this "store" only to find the doors locked. I press the intercom and they say they refuse to open the door unless I present photo id.

How can you even call this a retail location when the doors are locked all day during business hours? Yes I'm not exaggerating. The doors are locked on all their retail locations during business hours. I don't think so, Princess!

Good riddance Rogers, so glad to no longer be a customer!

If you can pick another location, definitely try not to walk into this location which require a buzz to have someone come to the door and tell you “wait outside” when they only allow 2 customers at a time sit down in their store for service. I would never go back to this location again, therefore, trying to safe you a trip.

I am okay with waiting long outside for COVID safety things. But the attitude and service are worst I'd ever seen. I thought they won't be acting that condescending since the 2 guys just help one customer at the same time, and they shouldn't be tired at all. Their attitude is like I'm owing them money, even from the beginning of our conversation. Only thing I want is to open an account and get a new plan, after 3 minutes talking I was feeling not respected and just left. They shouldn't use that attitude to new businesses. I am going to try bell instead.

The customer service of Fido is excellent. Agirl who is sales rep at Fido helped me in solving the problem. She was so nice and hospitable.

The service would be much better if there were more than 2 staff members at a time. People left due to the poor service, and staff serving customers who came in after people who were already in the store waiting to be helped. A self serve kiosk to pay a bill would probably alleviate some of the tension and lack of service.

They wouldn't match their competitors
Shame as I was with them for over 15 years
Just lost a loyal customer
Funny thing they called me weeks later tried to get me to switch back at same price.

The worst customer service. I was waiting at the door for 20 minuets. They didn’t even care! Finally after receiving no answer, I had to leave. Huge waste of time.

I was there Aug 6th '20-2 staffs are not wearing their masks properly. One has it hanging by his one ear and the other staff has the mask under his nose. Unacceptable.

Unprofessional sure not all but the branch manager and there is a new lady still trainee very bad experience they don’t know the process to return a phone I bought through Pro on the go online service they told me no not here call customer service I said I called them already and they told me to come here and she arguing me again very bad experience unprofessional worker.

Went in today to upgrade my phone and plan, Soubhan was very helpful and customer service by him was excellent. Would recommend anyone to visit and deal with him he will make your experience quick, easy and awesome!

Sexist and unprofessional. A rep showed up announced a let themselves into my backyard while my wife was home with our newborn, breastfeeding. Livid, she asked for privacy and for him to leave. His response was 'go ask your husband'. I have never spoken to them and trust that my wife, a doctor, can handle affairs without the need to consult a man. This attitude needs to stop and this person needs to be adjusted. Never will I support or tolerate this in this day and age.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Speaking to some child on the phone who would not answer my questions, only answered with "that's not our problem". Asked to speak to a manager and of course the guy says he is one but clearly is not. Hopefully this location gets shut down soon as I've never had a good experience there nor do I know anyone who has

Worst experience i have had. The worker tried to make it seem as if their plans are too expensive for me and i cannot afford it. Little did he know i was looking to purchase one phone for me and 2 phones for my workers, 3 lines total. He is very lucky he did not end up getting punched in the face. Never got his name, but he is the fat one with glasses. Will never go back. Trust me and don't go to this scum bag location.

We were given a new iphone with “open box”, once we charged it at home, the phone asked for a 6 digit code- a new phone should not come setup with a code! Tried calling the location 6 times, no one answered, finally someone picked up but before I could say anything, they hung up! What a waste of time! PICK UP YOUR PHONE!

Not too sure why there's even staff at this store?
Since when is phone customer service so extremely better than in store, in person customer service?

You try to walk in, door is locked.
You walk past two staff members looking out the window and neither says anything.
The guy at the counter has to call the other two over because he can't figure out what modem I need to pick up (guy 2 identifies it in two seconds)

This is my second time at this store and if there was another Rogers nearby, I'd go there.

Rogers has the worst wifi hands down, this thing doesnt even work half the time, i gotta use their even crappier data, which apparently i have to pay $75 for every month and only get "fast" internet under 10gb.lol

The staff inside is ok but the helpline service is horrible.

I went to get my account cancelled and was told I need to do it through help line only.

Just to cancel it took me approximately 40 mins waiting on helpline to help me out. I was switched between at least 4 people and each time had to re tell the whole story.

Seriously? !? !? !?

Cancellation can't be done just by walking in. So please be careful.

In the store for over an hour for what should have been a simple cable box exchange. Mine was broken, no power coming through the box, got the run around because it was an owned box, not rented. That’s fine, I called customer service as directed. On the phone for over an hour, 98% of the time on hold, watching the 5 employees sitting down chatting, laughing, watching videos, while customers are trying to get through the locked door at the front and waiting because they are all distracted. My experience was poor, but watching what happened in this store for an hour appalled me.

If I could rate the manager (Alex) I’d give her much more than one star but unfortunately her employees outweighed the good. She was definitely super helpful and courteous though.

When you call their call centre they keep you on the phone for hours, regardless of whether they can solve your problem or not. I called 10 days ago to cancel my cable service and after keeping me on the phone for over 30 m. They transferred me to a RESOLUTION manager called LUISA. She kept me on the phone another 30 m.and assured me she cancelled my service. A week later I found out that LUISA never cancelled my cable service. I had to call Rogers again and I waited on the phone for a good half hour while an incompetent call centre person kept telling me to wait for her manager. She had a problem but was reluctant to admit it. I hung up and called back. After waiting for another 15-20 m. I finally had my cable service cancelled. Thanks a lot LUISA! I am headed straight for the competition, and you know who that is!

I’ve called 5 times and no one has answered the phone. Someone in store was suppose to call me back within 24 hours of yesterday and still haven’t heard anything regarding adding another line. Customer service is just as terrible in store too.

I wish I could rate this store 0. It is a disgrace to Rogers. The guy who was assisting the customer carries an attitude as if he owns the damn store. Other guys were busy having fun in the staff room. There was just an intern roaming around who tried helping me and he did not know anything not even how to properly navigate the system according to my request. After wasting 25 mins he called a guy from inside who was hell rude as I tried explaining him why I was there rather than being helpful he just walked away. Terrible experience.

This rogers location has got to be the number one wurst place for customer service never answer the phone and always keeping customers waiting i think the owner needs to seriously be after his employers they are not complying to best business services and i will be reporting this to better business bureau for the poor service and bad customer service the indian guy at the clerk there messed up my account paying a bill i already paid for when he was supposed to pay my mobile device not my tv i have them on same account as different payments when i asked him to correct it after i returned same day of noticing he said i had to call rogers to fix it that he couldn't do it but lets see burnhamthorpe location fixed it so why he couldn't this is called lazy and unprofessional

I hate Rogers so much, went in to get a remote replacement and waited for over an hour. They had like 15 people in line with only 2 people taking care of everything from internet, repairs, bills, installs, questions, etc. This is the worst service I've ever received from anyone.
