Worst customer service ever. Closed the door before 15-20 minutes before store closes and talked rudely and said we are not gonna open the store now. Rudely behaviour.
And they told me when the door was locked I called them before 15-20 minutes I arrived at store they said systos down we can’t do anything now.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in for a quick easy transaction to add second phone to my account and was greeted with rudeness from a staff member by the name of Jenny. I was informed that they were closing in 30 minutes and the attitude given from the staff member reflected this. I ended up walking out empty handed as I’m not willing to accept customer service like this. I have been a Rogers customer for over a decade. Rogers might as well close their store fronts if this is how they’ll be operated.

My Dad & I received amazing service here from Paige! She went above & beyond to help us with transferring our phones! Anytime we’ve gone in this store the staff is great to deal with! Definitely 5 star service!

Terrible people and management skills. They have incompetent staff inhouse. Firstly, they said the expired license is not valid ID.then they I gave new license.they said they cant verify me. I said call rogers and I can verify with my voice. They said they are not allowed to do that. I said give me your name, they said they are not allowed to give name.and lastly, they said what you are doing in Fort Erie, when you have license from Mississauga.they tried everything they could to not to work. They called Ashley (district manager) and lied to her that system is not working. I would not ever go back to this store.

Paige at the Fort Erie location was incredible! This is the 2nd time she has helped me with changing my phone plan as well as upgrading to a new phone. She is professional, friendly, and efficient! If you are needing help from Rogers definitely see Paige! She’s great!

Terrible, this location has people working here that has zero skills in solving customer issues
Why have this location here if they are going to sent customer to a different location
Too bad for the owners of this place thay are loosing money
I think my 10! Year old son has better people skills.

I was very appreciative of the customer service I received from Paige. She took care of the issues I was having over the phone with the company and made the experience pleasant.

Bought a new Samsung S23 and am happy with the phone. Staff were friendly. My only beef is I was sold a new nugget that is required to use the new charging cord that comes with the phone that is not compatible with the old Samsung. It would have been nice if the associate explained that all the old chargers I have would work just fine with new new phone. I won't be using the new charger as entire house and car is set up for a USB
charger.
