Show up to look at products and discuss upgrading and they were rude and would not even let me in the store. Totally unprofessional and pain rude. His do you even operate a business?

Had the most pleasant experience upgrading my s22 to an s23 plus this afternoon. The sales person Gurleen was super nice and personable and extremely helpful. She found the best deals and perks I was looking for along with helping me pick a case and screen protector. This woman needs a raise.:)

Rudest employees ever. My car decided to break down infront of there store rather then offering any type of help the lady was very rude. I hope she gets the help and attention she requires. God bless her.

Straight up thieves. Tell you one thing in store, don’t give you anything in writing, then you receive a massive bill the following month with charges that were to be waived. Charging set up fees for buying hardware that I set up myself after I left the store.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received, lady argued with me over an upfront edge return. Went to another store and was helped properly right away avoid this store they are a corporate store and don’t know what they are talking about a complaint has been filed through another location.

They were very helpful upgrading and transferring everything onto my new phone. Fast and polite service

I went into the store I was dealing with a girl named Jaqueline and she was a sweet heart and very patient and highly explained everything though out the process of switching phones and she helped me transfer everything over. As a business owner time is key for me and she was very fast at everything I highly recommend coming in and dealing with Jaqueline!

Horrible customer service, went in to buy a new phone and left after waiting almost half an hour without help

I went to Rogers to get my new phone activated. Gurleen was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She took care of everything. She helped me find the perfect phone case, put on the glass screen protector and transferred everything over from my old device. She even helped me log back into some of my apps and emails. I was originally going to visit the Eastgate location, but nobody was eager to help me - I left after not being told of any other options for upgrading other than the iPhone 14 pro max. I was told to go to Wireless wave. Instead, I called the Center Mall location and Brooke was very kind and happy to compare different models and their benefits.

I went to the Center Mall location because of Brooke's great customer service! She was very understanding and did her best to find me the best deals that suited my needs as a student. She went above and beyond, it goes noticed and I really appreciated it. She turned my experience around and I will be back only to Brooke! Thanks again!

I believe I was helped by Celeste and the experience of returning my modem was made super quick and easy! This was despite being given misinformation by the phone representatives.

She got my shipping labels done and packages the modem for me so all I needed to do was drop it at a post office. So friendly and helpful - I wish all interactions were this pleasant!
