There is a long waiting line for customers even for a small thing. 3 people working in store and only one of them is taking customers. I waited for more than 2 hours just to get my sim card. Very Bad customer Service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit that store.

If I could give zero starts to this place I will.
I was waiting for over 45 min for someone to talk to. Then out of the back a representative name Vanessa showed up. Just to tell me that I can use the app. Did not even make any effort to help, or to provide any information or just to find out what I wanted.
Really bad experience for me.

A Very nice and well coordinated attendant by the name Vanessa attended to me. She was amazing, respectful and totally helpful. Customer service.

My experience with Francisco was absolutely incredible. He was extremely helpful, thorough, and professional. I am beyond satisfied with the service he provided.

Terrible customer service. I had asked them to call other Rogers to see if they have a certain colour available (which we were told was there). They weren't even busy. Just stood around, and as we were ready to leave, all of sudden phone calls started to be made.

When to another location and waited for over 2 hrs trying to set the phone up. Had to leave and do it myself. That's "supposed to be why you pay a $50.00 activation fee"!

And this location knows nothing about Android phones. They all have iPhones.

Won't be back to this location again

The worst company I have ever done business with in my life. Never have I had such consistently bad experiences at a single company.

Bad experience #1. I had signed up for a deal with rogers 3 years ago for 1gb down for $70 a month. Without warning after 2 years of this deal they upped my bill to $130+ tax/ month. I called in to ask about it and they said nothing they can do I can either cancel it or pay it. I said I couldn't afford it so I'll have to cancel it in a couple weeks. The lady on the phone canceled it on the spot and said "done" in a sassy voice. Bewildered I said you can't cancel it right this second I WFH! And then she hung up.

Bad experience #2. After finding a new provider Rogers called me back with a winback offer for 49.99 / month. I said that's great I'll take it! And I scheduled an appointment for the next month to set it up. When they came to 'set it up' (they just give you a box I wouldn't call that setting it up) they also gave me an ignite bundle. I was confused as this was not in my order. Turns out when I received my first bill they were charging me 99.99/ month. I called in to fix it. After waiting on hold for 4 hours the phone call cut off and the agent did not phone me back. So I had to phone again. This time the wait was 2 hours. This agent said they couldn't fix it but they'd investigate and get back to me. A month later with no contact back I called in again and yet again another outrageous wait time of 2 hours. This agent said they saw the notes and said I had to be contacted by the WinBack team to fix it. So they let me go once again promising a call back. A month passes and nothing. I call in again, this time I am done waiting for someone to fix it and ask for reimbursement and to cancel the service. They obliged and said they'd refund me the difference and cancel the service. A month after returning my equipment I am contacted by their credit team saying I owe them 400 for the equipment. Dumbfounded I called them back saying I had already submitted it. They could not find my submission and said I still owed them another $150 so the agent that canceled the account NEVER REIMBURSED ME. Thank God I kept the receipt for returning the equipment.

Bad experience #3.
I was told by the account closure team to bring my modem into any rogers location so I tried bringing it here. They refused to take the equipment back saying we have to package it ourselves and ship it in ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous Roger's.

I hope as many as possible read this review and stay far away from this company. I'm embarrassed to call them Canadian.

I visited this Rogers store about 2 weeks to upgrade my family’s phone plan, and also upgrade to new phones. I was received by the lovely Cassandra, who happens to be the store manager. She was so awesome, she took the time to help me out, she was so patient, and very very knowledgeable. She provided an amazing customer service. I would recommend for anyone going to this Rogers store to ask for Cassandra, she knows her job well. Within about an hour she not only upgraded my phone plans but also upgraded my phones, and had all the models of phones I requested on stock. She took the time to find the best phone plans for me, and that was so nice of her. Overall I would definitely go back to this Rogers store for the service Cassandra provided.

Today was my second time using this location. Francesco (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) helped me both times. He’s beyond helpful and so nice! I got a new iPhone 14, he did everything for me, from setting it up to putting a screen protector and case on for me!

The associates at this store are extremely helpful. They will take their time with you. Are really polite and go out of their way to help you. I will suggest this location to anyone who asks
