I would definitely recommand Luke LIN who help me to set up my plan with Rogers, he is very patient and spent about an hour to set up the plan and make sure the most promotional bonus I can get from Rogers. Genreally very pleasant experience. He offers delicated follow-ups with customers to track down every possibility and phone availability. Nice job!

The employees are not knowledgeable about their own services and how phones operate through Rogers, fortunately I was able to figure it out on my own after much research. They don’t care to help and dismiss you very quickly. Don’t waste your time here.

Charlie helped me find the right phone plans. When there was an issue in porting the number, he called to follow up. Other than the delays with their backend system that was beyond his control.it was a good experience.

I had a most pleasant experience at this store today. I went to upgrade my plan and Bella was there to serve me. She was pleasant, courteous, professional and endlessly patient. Knowing that I am senior who may not be able to navigate setting up the new phone myself, she very patiently set up the phone for me and it was ready to use by the time I left the store. I would like to acknowledge her great attitude and extremely professional service. Thank you Bella.

Lately have been having bad customer service experience at this location but these past two days is another level. I showed up on Tuesday shortly before 7 and the gate was closed, the employee was helping one person and he told me he was close. This store closes at 8pm. I went back today at 6: 30 and the gate was closed again, he said they were closed, I mentioned the store hours and he said today we closed at 5pm, I asked why, he said "for some reason". If it's closed at 5pm why is he even in the store 1.5 hours later. He then said to go to FIDO but I mentioned I need to return a box, he said oh they can't do that. I had to go to another location at Fairview which was excellent.

This location if I could give 0 stars I would, because that is how much service they provided.

This morning i went to this store to upgrade my devices, I’m very appreciated with Jessica’s professional and sales techniques. She’s not hard selling or pushing customer to pick any unsuitable plans, instead she patiently understand what customer need. Besides, she patiently transferred all the data from my old phone to the new one which I’m sure I will need couples of weeks to make it done if I do it by myself. Once again, thank for her great help this morning and I will continue to use Rogers as my ISP

Rogers Bridlewood not recommended!

As we applied before for student plan, since we are new here in Canada.they charge us activation fee.

They can’t communicate or explain the product properly.so if you want to visit rogers, dont visit this branch

Called Rogers to try and get a TV Box and was told to go to store. Went to store they don't have it, only Rogers can send it out to me. On phone for 45 minutes.asked for a correct email address, when one I gave was correct. Asked if I had any other Rogers services, when at the beginning I said I wasn't a Rogers client. Put on hold again, after begging not to be put on hold and was disconnected. No one and I repeat no one at store had desire to be helpful. No one and No one at the call centre could or would help. I only went to get service as I'm paying it through my condo fees. Otherwise I have no desire to get any of their services.

Anthony was awesome. Super helpful and provided a lot of really good recommendations. I’ve been with Rogers for years and haven’t had this level of service ever. Thank you!

Anthony was excellent in providing customer service, he was very patient in helping me with troubleshooting my device, I'm very glad I got my device from him and he goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied!

They sold me the $25 apple AirPods for $40
And refused refund for the unopened box saying as it’s the final sale
