Billed for service broken unit they charged me to replace. Billed after cancelled service. And billed for equipment they made me buy outright.

I recently experienced exceptional customer service from Kale at the New Sudbury Shopping Centre location, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Kale was not only prompt in addressing my inquiries but also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Kale was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist, making the entire interaction a pleasure. I appreciate Kale's commitment to delivering top-notch service and would highly recommend him to others.

This was our third time working with Tyler-Lynne and every time she has been amazing, patient and kind. Tyler-Lynne has demonstrated thorough knowledge as she navigated us through crafty solutions to existing issues and affordable solutions in adding new lines and phones. She is seriously stellar. Absolutely demeaning, unprofessional, and belittling staff. I went into this store to give my iPhone 12Pro back as my upfront edge plan ended. The staff had no idea how to proceed. There was no process or standardized method upon returning my device. As a consumer I felt a bit under confident in their service. I gave my device back without signing anything and had to ask for an email or any proof that I did infact give this device back so I am not charged for it later. The gentleman had to call his manager in how to proceed. I was completely understanding only asking questions. I found out that I only get a refund for the device in 1-3 months. They sent me an extremely generic email after I left that I returned it. The one gentleman started to raise his voice and had an uneasy tone with me when I asked why does this process seem so flawed and me wanting a piece of paper or email to confirm firm I gave this back was inappropriate? I thought it would have been more mainstream since rogers constantly advertises this plan. He then yelled to his coworker saying “I’m not raising my voice this is how I talk this is how I talk” I told him I’m just asking questions I have every right to understand how this plan works. When he was speaking in a high tone over me it was extremely demeaning. I’m not sure if being a young pregnant female had anything to do with him treating me so poorly. His coworker then took over and said if I want to leave I can and he will take it from here and I don’t need to watch him do paper work. But at that point I still had not received any information about my rebate for returning the phone or an email that I actually did return the phone… I still had a lot of unanswered questions. Overall my experience at this rogers was extremely disappointing, belittling and unprofessional. Ladies bring your spouses with you so you get treated with an ounce of respect. I will never be a rogers customer again. I hope anyone reading this avoids this store. I immediately changed plans with Bell after this experience. Go to bell don’t waste your time. Especially if you’re a young female by yourself. It was horrible,

Went in cuz the online chat rep wasn't very helpful, but the in-store rep was awesome and efficient.

Got ripped off by this company for the second time now. The first time was about 10 years ago and was only for about $20. I did call and request my $20 credit paid to me but when i did, they would hang up on me. I tried calling back a couple times and the same thing happened. CLICK!
Last month I got a better deal with another service provider so I decided to cancel my service with Rogers. Yesterday I noticed that they charged my credit card over $200 for phones that i paid for in equal payments over 2 years. I proceeded to call Rogers to rectify the issue. They are now trying to tell me that my phones were leased! I did not lease my phones. I purchased them outright for the full amount of the cost of the phones. This is an absolute scam.
I will never do business with Rogers again.
