We upgraded 2 phones on our family account & added a new one today. The staff were all friendly, and eager to assist everyone who came into the store. Toni could not have been more helpful to us, she answered all of our questions - made recommendations on how to make the best choices for our account - and got us set up and on our way in no time.

The staff at this store was amazing to deal with. Pleasant tremendously helpful and patient. The only thing was the length of time it took. That being said corporate needs to provide the staff with the necessary tools that allow them to provide excellent customer service rather than letting them try and work through their computer screens and have to troubleshoot why it isn't accepting the information.
Great job today to the staff. I was impressed by your quality of service you provided me.

The epitome of LAZY. Wouldn’t take back my phones that were due on the Edge plan. Given every excuse …Called their 1-800 number who flat out agreed they were being lazy. Filed a complaint against the store. Also tried telling me they don’t take back cable equipment when I’ve done it several times in the past. Clearly if there’s no sale for them, they don’t care. Thanks for wasting my time - you guys sure rock!

I was in the Sarnia store today to upgrade my phone. I had a great experience with Gracie and Tony they were very helpful and made my experience a good one. Thanks again girls for your help today. I would recommend you to anyone.

Worst customer service. I got an adapter of iQ 6 months ago and it stopped working. Their products have no warranty and they don’t take responsibility for their products.

I went to this location as I was not able to access my data or Wi-Fi I was advised by tech-support to go in store as my phone had been compromised. I went there around 11 AM the lights were off and the door was locked as I was about to walk away when Brandon answered the door I explained the situation.

Brendan told me that he would not look at my phone and that I needed to take it to a repair shop at that point, I’m thinking if I have to get this repaired, I may as well buy a new phone when I asked him about my account and to see if I could trade my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I have a Rogers business plan through my employer. Brandon did not want my business today as he advised me, it would take too much time for him to verify my employment I believe he said “waste of time” in order to give me the offer.

I would have to say that this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced first of all no help with the security of my Roger’s device and he couldn’t be bothered to make a sale there was no one else in the store. I’m not sure what he was doing in the back that was more important I ended up going to Mobile Kare in Lambton mall where the representative was more than happy to help me and furthermore, was able to help me resolve the issue and I didn’t have to buy a new phone but I did buy some new accessories!

Good Customer service/care isn’t something you can teach you either have it or you don’t! I would say that maybe this isn’t a good fit for Brandon and to find another line of work.
