My husband and I went into Rogers at the Cataraqui Mall, and we were talking to Tabitha who is the stores manager, she helped us so much in getting my husband a new phone, she went above and beyond to help us out in order to help my husband get what he was looking for. She contacted other stores to get the phone that he was looking into, she is so efficient at her job and I see that she loves it as well. Exceptional customer service from Josh of Rogers! He goes above and beyond in assisting us and his customers. We've been back and forth multiple times with Fido onsite as well as with tele-customer service but it was only Josh who tried to really listen, analyze and figure out what is the best solution/resolution with our new line concern. It is very refreshing to see again a person who is not just a technical expert but someone who is also passionate about his job. Thank you again Josh for your sincere help! Keep it up!

My experience was exceptional start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Tabitha and she was very straightforward and explained all of my options, after figuring out what I might be looking for. She helped me configure the best package and plan for myself and she made me feel like I was important as a customer (a feeling that is rare when dealing with corporations like Roger’s). Yesterday, My wife and I visited this store to move our cell phones from Telus to Rogers. I don't even know how to describe the fantastic experience we had with Mitchell's help. Since the beginning, Mitchell had an awesome vibe and was ready to help us. He didn't try to oversell us anything; in fact, he told my wife that she shouldn't change her iPhone for a new one because the one she has is in perfect condition and it will stay like that for a couple more years.
