Phil is a rude and doesn’t care about his customers. He is just a glorified salesman. He talked me into buying an internet unit from them. I wasn’t getting service at all at home although I was promised the the best service. My grandson with ASD thought he could fix it and accidentally broke the SIM tray. After a few trips to the store and calling Rogers a couple times to fix this, I was told to go to the store and ask them (Phil) to take out the SIM Card that was stuck in it and call the office for further instructions to swap out the device. There was an open ticket on my file. The younger man Mark read the ticket and relayed it to Phil. Phil absolutely refused to even read the ticket and do the swapping. Said he wasn’t even a ROGERS EMPLOYEE They are PRIME COMMUNICATIONS and just RENT Rogers name. He was rude and just a horrible human being. DON’T SHOP in this store. You are better off calling Rogers on the phone to hook up services and have your equipment mailed to you. After leaving the store very upset with the whole experience, I called Rogers one more time and explained my experience with that store and PHIL they are sending me a new unit and I will sent the old one to them, which is what they were going to do with the store. PHIL DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ANYONE JUST THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!
If you have to go in a store go to Trenton. They are much nicer and accommodating.

I like my Rogers Plan, although too much data. I would gladly lose most of the data for a cheaper rate. However, my complaint is about the tower on Highway 7, between Queensborough Road and Highway 37. The tower was lost in the tornado of June 23,2022. It was replaced by a temporary, mobile one shortly thereafter. The "temporary" one is still there. They recently added cement blocks and guide wires, which makes me think that they are not planning to replace it with the same one that was destroyed. Coverage at my residence sucks. I lose calls all the time, even when standing in the room that gets the best coverage. I pay a lot for this services and I expect the same coverage that I hd initially. That is one reason that I stayed with Rogers. I here other providers have better coverage here, so it may be time to switch, unless I hear that they are doing something about it sooner than later.

I came in to get a phone and was turned away for Fraudulent ID because I have no hair currently but had long hair in my ID - I have a completely identical Healthcard picture however the Rude male working on Monday June 12/23 would not take it.

This is clearly discrimination against a disabled person. My hair is falling out in clumps due to my disability and needs to stay close shaved to my head for my comfort.

I’m not done with this.

Excellent customer service! Phil took the time to help me with my phone issues. He's very knowledgeable. Fast response and authentic care. Highly recommend it. Best Rogers store in town!
