I had a great experience with Shelby, she was very helpful and had me all set up with Rodgers after transferring from bell. Although I switched back to bell due to lack of service in my area (bell territory). If you are going to go with rodgers I highly recommend going to the Huntsville location and dealing with Shelby.

We went to change our mobile plans from Bell (has been fine to this point) to Rogers as I heard there was a good offer going on. Bill (Manager) and Shelby were outstanding. I was extremely impressed with the personal, knowledgeable service. Shelby noticed I wear hearing aids and promptly signed me up for a further discount Rogers offeres! It was not only us. As our phones were being worked on, other customers came in the store and I got to see the care and attention every customer received. In the age of AI and dealing only over the internet, it was so refreshing to deal with dedicated employees of a business that care about their clients. Well done!

I had recently bought a phone that was no longer available but one I wanted. I went to Roger's to see if they would assist in transferring old phone phone to 'newer old phone' Shelby was happy to do so. She was friendly, kind, and patient with this 'senior ' in getting everything setup even though it took up a good amount of her time. She made me feel like a valued customer as did other staff. She also provided me with print outs of information we had talked about so I could check things out at home. It truly was a pleasure to do service here. Thanks to Shelby and everyone at this store.

Was a rogers customer for 20 years no one explains anything to you and when you dinaly have enough and cancel they take your devices and charge you full price for devices you don't have absolute crooks

Staff left me standing in the store while they helped people configure programs that aren't related to Rogers. That's not your job. I was here to sign up for new service. Would you like new customers or are you here to configure Outlook, call the Canadian Red Cross to configure their app, set Chrome settings, etc? These are things the end user needs to deal with not you.

Recently my grandparents and I have visited this location. Bill was amazing! Cannot rave about him enough!

They're incompetent, have to call "head office" (cheap labour regions), to get anything technical done.

Whats the point of these reviews anyways they're so easily manipulated.

Hooray for 5g, because we really need faster internet.derp. The service is so hit and miss how could you be trusted with upgrades? Ten years ago problems were solved faster, how could you possibly regress.

The staff again are trying hard to push rocks up hill here. Manager threw the phone because it kept ringing. Merry Christmas.

I am always looked after when I come to this store for wireless phones/accessories. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
