The doors are locked during working hours. You have to wait outside in cold until a costumer service is available to serve you. Even if it’s only one person inside you are not allowed to go in. When you are allowed to go in they ask you to face security camera to record your image and then come and allow you in? What kind of nonsense is this? Why can’t people line up inside and have to stay in cold?

I dealt with Jasdeep he was very helpful to the point of staying late helping me transfer data to my new phone unfortunately we were not successful

I visited the store at Airport and Bovaird store there was rogers employee Ramandeep at the store she doesn’t know anything and not even the basic knowledge about rogers. She had such a rude behaviour no manners and etiquettes how to behave with clients at the store. We had the worst experience over theirRogers please give them proper training before putting them at work place. Just a humble request to tach the employees work place behaviour.
