I have been having ongoing issues with Rogers, just trying to simply connect my Apple Watch to a data plan. Literally two years of effort, many many phone calls and visits. Until I met Mercel! He was amazing and he did not give up on my issue until we were able to completely resolve everything. He is an absolute gem, and Rogers should be very grateful to have him as an employee!
