Can’t say enough good things about Erin and her customer service. She was a pleasure to deal with and made switching over to rogers seamless. I will definitely be going back in the future. Very impressed and very happy customer.

I had some problems with my phone credit limit and account suspensions from fidos end when they found out my problem they were extremely helpful they all worked together to get me the help I needed by showed me what to do and when fido hung up on me they took it personally and got me my phone working agian great team and great service

The open sign was on but door locked when got there. Staff were very apathetic and made us feel that we were inconvenience them. They made things very difficult to return a phone at the end of a Contract. After driving 40 mins to get there we were told to phone customer service.

Went in today to get a new phone the two girls there were beyond helpful and so nice i recommend going here!

My husband and I went to this shop last March. The service was absolutely fantastic. The two young ladies Shelby and Louise took their time to find a solution to our problem. They were patient and very professional. Many stores should follow their example. Just one word: remarkable.
