I recently had an issue with my cell phone that I was unable to resolve myself. I visited the Rogers Store on Caradoc Street in Strathroy. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Armia Yousefi. He could not have been more kind or helpful. He not only resolved my issue, but he suggested ways we could save money on our phone bills. I will be extremely grateful to Armia every single month when my bill arrives.

Strathroy Rogers was great. Komal and Tonya were very patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was closing, busy but they didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable. Best phone switch experience ever b/c of these two. They should both get raises:)

Was assisted by a very nice girl, gave me a badass compliment on my name. She did everything she could to solve an issue that came up. 10/10 would not mind getting her assistance again.

Staff was super helpful, I upgraded my phone at this location, Komal was really nice explained everything very clearly and most importantly didn’t rush to push me out of the store. Excellent!

Great customer service, kind helpful to me.employees were very nice and helpful greet me well mannered way answered my questions and they were really good to understand the importance of customer’s time, especially girl named KOMAL and their is other girl with her I didn’t remember name both are very helpful and clear my doubts.overall it was very pleasant experience

Jimit and his team are great! Rogers isn't always the easiest to deal with (like all Canadian Telecom companies) but the team at this store is great at helping you navigate through it all.
