David was exceptional! He was very patient and informative. He was very polite. I would definitely request his services. Great job!

I visited this store today and dealt with David. Customer service is number one in my books and David did not disappoint. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the different promotions that were available. In the end I ended up with a great plan at a great price. I definitely would recommend visiting this location and asking for David.

Went to the Rogers store in Bradford today and had a great experience. Daniel the store manager was super friendly and helpful and took care of us. He helped me get the best plan for us. He had the TV on for my boy's and gave them snacks while he got our plans setup. I highly recommend you go and see him.

Amazing service and very polite employees, David is amazing guy and helped me a lot about to find a better option to my account. Thank you so much David and the store manager Dan for a great experience! I went from hating my new phone to being able to return it and upgrade to a better phone without spending a penny! In fact, with Dan’s help I was able to get credited for my previous phone which I used in store for additional accessories to make my new phone that much better. Highly recommend this Rogers location!

Daniel was very kind and helped me find a great phone case for my new phone! He had the patience to describe the differences between each case and why the price difference was such. He was also very kind In trying to find me a screen protector as well but unfortunately there was none in stock. Love my new phone case!

We visited today at the store as we had some kind of conflicts with the network. Omar helped us lot, he is such a amazing and confident person always handles customers with wide smile. Seriously, he really did a great job and we are so happy that finally he made our day by solving all the conflicts. Really appreciated Omar.
