Questionable staff. Three employees working on Thursday night, and only one with a professional attitude. The two at the desk (one lady and one man) were so disgustingly rude to the people in the store and to the other associate. Yelling like children "we're closed, what are you doing!? !) Their website states that they are open until 7 pm, and it was 5: 40 pm. Confusing for shoppers. If they had to close early for whatever reason they
reason there should have been a
sign on the door instead of having people walk in and feel so incredibly
uncomfortable. Will not return here. I'm actually glad I canceled services with them

I recently was assisted by Jayla at the Clarke Rd store. She was very helpful and spent a great deal of time assisting me. I ultimately was able to select a phone plan that suits my needs.

Jayla was the best! Very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She got my sister, mom and I all great deals for our new phones!

On Saturday August 19th I attended the Rogers store on Clarke Rd with my wife. We were assisted by Jayla and we were very happy with her knowledgeable service and professionalism. I highly recommend her when looking for a new phone plan.

Rogers at 320 Clarke Road was great to deal with! Jayla was exceptional and went out of her way to provide me with the best service and price possible. I would highly recommend asking for Jayla at this location to help deal with any questions you have in regards to your cell phone. Very polite and great personality!

First I called to make sure they had the phone I wanted, they actually answered the phone where the store on Adelaide st did not even answer their phone.

I was quoted a better price online and we had to jump through some hoops to get me that price in store but the guy helping me (Ryan) got it all figured out for me. Great deal and I am very happy with the service provided. I work in retail too so I can definitely appreciate great customer service!

Austin Austin Austin! Austin is an absolute shining star in your organization. Typically, my experience with Rogers is absolutely horrendous, hours on hold, multiple different staff people.
Painful.
I went into Clarke location in a panic, about my phone storage, I know nothing about technology. Austin assured me it would be ok, and he could certainly help.
He went over my plan, and cost of a new phone. My anxiety immediately eased with his kind words and understanding.
I was worried about loosing precious pictures, he assured me not to be worried. He transposed everything from one phone to another easily, in about 15 minutes.
Austin I very much appreciated all your help yesterday. I couldn't go through another day without letting someone know, how awesome of an employee you are.
Myself, being in Customer Service at a bank for 22 years, I very rarely am impressed with service these days.
Yours young man, blew all others out of the water.

We went in today to get three new phones. Jayda was very, very helpful. She spent two hours with the three of us setting up our phones.
She was very professional, and always was smiling, even though the computers were running slow.
