A communications store where the employee does not specialize in communication of what the customer wants. Rather than hearing the customer speak. The employee would choose to ramble on and on. Came here today the door was locked. People inside. I thought maybe a national holiday popped up. Spoke through a intercom. Talk about communication.
Was told all agents are busy you can sit on the couch. Never happened. I explained to the young buck that I don't have service. Didn't hear a word of what I said. Instead kept rambleing on and told me to scan the qr code. Without service (no sim card) how can you scan a qr code. Almost as if the intercom is one way. When asked how long do I have to wait. Or do I need an appointment. We are still rambleing on.
Mouth is working but the ears are dead.
To the manager if you would like to hear more. Please reach out otherwise please keep your 3rd grade graduate at this store.

I should have read the reviews before going or I would have picked a different Roger's store. The guy I dealt with was so rude, argumentative & just all around not pleasant. Terrible customer service team at this location, they don't honor anything and either open late or close early. Get new staff cause this Roger's store is making Roger's look worse then they are. Roger's is lucky they still have customers with the way they have such horrible customer service. So sad you can't find good customer service anymore.

Friendly staff and very patient.
Other than the security measures for entry that may keep you outside and waiting awhile, which are implemented to keep the staff safe. No other issues.

Your new store policies are horrid. It feels like a prison interaction rather than a customer service transaction. The worst customer service experience ever.

Please people don't even bother yourselves coming here, to this location, one of the veryyyy worse customer service you can think of it, rude, and they know nothing of what they are doing,

Came in to upgrade my phone and clean up billing. Smit was able to resolve all the questions i had and provided exceptional service. He really exceeded all expectations and gave great customer service.

Never had issues at this location until today. I understand why the ratings are so low. Maybe if you start to focus on the customer experience you’ll be able to turn things around. Couldn’t be more disappointed with this location.

I must say, the training that is given in this store looks like it's slim to none. A manager is too busy dealing with others, as the new staff is clueless on their work they are doing. I would recommend to go to a different store, hopefully the other stores may know what they are doing.

The manager of this place is very rude, and they have the highest price on the market. Not recommended!

I was thinking about taking my business to the “other company”, but Yusuf and Deshaun went above and beyond on a number of items and saved the day. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient - I had a lot of questions! He even found a way to upgrade me to better mobile phone plans for the family at a reduced cost compared to old plans with even more data and more options! If you are in the store, look for Yusuf. He is worth the wait.

Don’t even bother to come here. It says on the door, they open at 10AM, we came at 10: 27 AM, the door was locked and there were 2 employees inside the store literally starring at us. I understand 1 of them was with a customer, but there were not even any effort to acknowledging us standing outside in the cold/wet weather. My question is why was the door locked while your entrance door states you open at 10: 00AM?

Horrible customer service.

Rejected my device return after a 2 year contract over minor scratches because i was not buying a new phone through them.

The device return discount is a scam.
Specifically tamara was very rude to me.

Super busy had scan and wait in line. Manager didn't seem like a friendly person wouldn't honour deal another employee offered. Manager was arguing with an elderly woman.

They assigned me an old number which belongs to some Heather and I keep getting calls from collection agents all the time disgusting

No customer service here. Shut this store down and put a Taco Bell or something else useful.
