Rogers

I used to have Rogers service when I in Thornhill area of Toronto.
I had it for many years since 1981 till August 2023.
I found it ok and quite good with no hassles to operate it.
I now have here a wireless internet in my area of Norfolk county and its way harder to understand. No cables all wireless.
It took me 3 weeks to get used to my new provider here in Port Dover.i have it now.

Lucas helped me for a good amount of time and was patient when answering my 100 questions about phones. Thanks Lucas for your great customer service and for saving me $!

Manager Nealie can be described in one word ‘AWESOME’! After a 90 minute call to Rogers we decided to go to the store because we couldn’t get anywhere on the phone. Nealie not only successfully ordered our new phones but found cost savings for this retired couple. How refreshing to reach the level of ‘customer delight’. She definitely rates a 10+

Came in to upgrade my plan and was told I need to make an appointment. Made an appointment for a few days later. Selected the first time available, 11: 00 am. Still waiting 30 minutes later.

The staff, specially Roland who assisted me, were very helpful. He knew exactly how to help me, was knowledgeable about the phones and the different specs between models, explained everything in detail when I was upgrading my plan, and even offered some tips on how to optimize my plan and my new phone.

I am glad there is a store in Simcoe and I didn't have to drive further into Brantford or Hamilton.

The service was second to none. Drove from Dundas to work with Ashley & her amazing associates!

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from Nealie Breddy at the Simcoe location. She was exceptionally thorough at reviewing my account and optimizing what I needed at the best cost. She went beyond normal duties in finding the phone that best suited my needs. If you are shopping at the Simcoe location make sure to ask for her!
