Great customer service, Tetra and Charlie very helpfull and i would recommend anyone that has Rogers go to this location! Have been back and forth with Rogers customer service for a month now and Charlie fixed my issues and plan in one visit. Thank You!

Absolutely disgusting LACK of customer service. Don't know how to talk to people and a true negative representation of rogers, i was happy with my plan and now thanks to their service at this location im ready to leave rogers for good, can't be a good business if they tolerate these "sales staff" behavior's. I simply needed to know which phones this location had in stock for my upgrade and the lady on the phone was extremely rude saying I can come in and check myself? I told her i already tried to place an order for my phone but they advised i call this location to reserve the phone i wanted as in their system it showed in stock - upon calling she's rudely telling me i need to just come in for whatever they have and they dont just have everything available so i shouldnt expect it? I shouldn't expect to receive a phone I've already purchased? Rogers is beyond confusing right now this is ridiculous.

Never open on time! Still waiting in the cold for staff 2 weeks in a row.

Update: Apparently they don't even open on Sundays although it says they are open online and the hours on door are not visible. Many upset people! HAVE SOME COURTESY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND PUT UP HOURS UP, ALSO CORRECT ONLINE HOURS TO REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL HOURS!

Like everyone else, I've had a bad experience with Rogers. After a handful of calls and 15+ hours spent over the course of 10 days. I had enough and decided to come to a store-front.

I was greeted well, and responded to in a manner that had me question whether or not I was working with Sales Reps on commission who wasn't interested in helping me out with my internet issue. Or lazy customer service representatives who weren't willing to help because I didn't have a 5 minute issue.

I was trying to cancel my internet and return my modem.:)

The staff wear no name-tags, which is unfortunate because I still don't know their names after spending a couple hours with them.

A woman there was nice enough to explain to me how to have a conversation with the 888 Rogers #, by explaining to me that Technical support was not the place to go when trying to cancel your internet plan. As if I did not mention that I've spoken to every department from consistent transfers. Unfortunately, this led me to believe she felt I was incompetent. No problem, I resorted to leaving the Modem and making it a Rogers problem. She assured me if I had cancelled that they can take it and ship it, after attempting to confirm that the service has to be cancelled in order to be shipped - I was told that there was no reason to leave the modem there because it would stay there; full eye roll included.

With consistent attempts to explain the situation further to the staff, clearly their assumptions and a lack of empathy made it clear this particular experience is not designed to assist with my problem, but to push it to someone else to handle the issue. I realized that this store is one of many reasons Rogers as a company is so despised by people nationwide.

A lack of communication, and the arrogance alone. While lying to my partner about how the staff communicates with the company personally makes me very proud to recommend nobody to this location, and nobody to Rogers for any service.:)

Very bad customer service, spend half an hour just to return a modem. They clearly don’t value your time. Glad i don’t have any more service with them.

Horrible service. I asked questions and still didn't get the answers. Waste of my time. The location should be able to accept all forms of payment. Staff should be able to answer questions and not impose themselves.

Tetra is great. She helped my little brother replace his old broken phone for the best he could get for $0. She went above and beyond by helping him get the best deal. I appreciate her because my brother has a disability and she was very patient with him. Great job.

Typical Rogers store where they hunt to sell gullible non experienced people the most expensive items they have. They promise you the moon then they find any excuse not to serve you even when the store is empty of clients.
